Ein guter Ort um seine Sachen zu lagern. Einfach anzufahren, alles mit Lift erreichbar. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang. Ich habe nichts zu meckern.

Marc was incredibly helpful! So happy we booked here. If you need quick storage in Berlin, this is where you should go. We needed a unit for 2 months and they don’t have any minimum contract timeframe.

Marc was super helpful in getting us set up and showing us around the facility. The app is shockingly modern and easy to use, and the facility is clean and highly secured!

(Translated by Google) Well-organized, easy-to-use self-storage facility. And the staff, who are responsible for security, among other things, are very friendly and helpful. If only it weren't so far out for some people. 😉

Gut organisierter, easy to handle, Self Storage. Und das Personal, dass u.a. für die Sicherheit sorgt ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn's für den ein oder anderen nur nicht soweit draußen wäre. 😉

I needed to organise a storage room in a hurry. I was able to visit the same day and check the different sizes of the units to estimate how much space I needed. Marc was extremely helpful and walked me through all of the process of unlocking the gate, opening hours etc a couple of times so I could remember. The space is clean and well maintained.

A 10/10 experience for what I've expect from a storage building. Get in yourself, carry things yourself (trolleys are provided by the building) and get out yourself. It is really wonderful for the things to go really smooth for such a service. You just book, confirm, go there put your stuff and get out. The app is especially so enjoyable, it doesn't have any delays, so that's cool.
Money-wise I will stay neutral cuz I had no experiences with other storage buildings/firms to compare with. Maybe having to make an insurance should be shown in the price initially as well, that part might be a bit misdirective.

Both Tim and Robert were very helpful and remarkably friendly. Just rented a space and will update my review with full details once I check out. So far everything has been easy and with lots of security measures that make me feel safe. I greatly appreciate the effort they made to communicate with me in English.
