Shurgard Mönchengladbach Nordpark Kundenrezensionen

(Translated by Google) I've been renting a room there for a while now. Since I needed more space due to a move, I called for advice. I spoke to Justin, who was incredibly helpful and friendly in finding me a larger room, and I was able to store all my belongings perfectly. I highly recommend them.

(Translated by Google) Excellent service at Shurgard Krefeld – especially thanks to Justin!

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Shurgard in Krefeld. From the initial contact to the final decision on a storage unit, everything was straightforward, professional, and extremely customer-friendly. The facility is clean, modern, and well-organized, and you immediately notice the emphasis placed on quality, security, and a smooth process.

I would like to give special praise to Justin: He is without a doubt the best employee I could imagine. Justin gave me an extremely friendly welcome, took ample time to explain everything to me patiently and clearly. He answered my questions expertly, helped me choose the right storage unit size, and ensured that the entire process was quick and stress-free. His friendliness, helpfulness, and professional demeanor made all the difference.

This is exactly how customer service should be: personal, reliable, and solution-oriented. I felt well taken care of from the very beginning and can wholeheartedly recommend Shurgard Krefeld and especially Justin. A full 5 stars – absolutely deserved!

Many thanks to Justin and the entire team! 👍
