Thank you to Nadine for her warm welcome and helpfulness. Three months of rental, super secure and convenient. The only downside is that the access code is no longer active, and you absolutely must have your phone with the app to access your storage unit, even though the contract stipulated access via code and app. Basically, if your battery dies or something else happens, you can no longer access your belongings, which seems really unacceptable to me.
