He began his career at Shurgard in 1999 as a District Manager, progressing through a range of senior leadership roles across multiple countries, including Country Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and Transformation Director Europe.

Over the course of his tenure, Carlo has led large, multi-country operations, driving operational and financial performance, and played a key role in transforming and scaling the organisation.

Holding a degree in Business Administration, along with extensive experience in operations, people leadership, and strategic transformation, he drives operational excellence and sustainable growth across the Shurgard portfolio.
