I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Anne-Marie and Nikolai at the reception of your self-storage facility. Their professionalism and dedication have made my experience not only seamless but also genuinely pleasant.
From the moment I arrived, Anne-Marie and Nikolai were attentive, knowledgeable, and remarkably supportive. They took the time to understand my needs and provided tailored solutions that made the storage process efficient and stress-free. Their patience in answering my questions and guiding me through the available options was particularly commendable.

(Translated by Google) I needed some extra storage space, and after thoroughly searching the market in Copenhagen, I chose Shurgard City. I did so based on price, location, and reviews, and let me say right away that they have certainly not disappointed yet. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by really good and very accommodating service, ready to find the cheapest room that suited my needs, answer any questions, and even when there was a problem with their payment terminal, a solution was found very quickly. All in all, a really good experience so far.

I needed a small storage unit and tried to book the last one online. Unfortunately they were all out of they small ones but Jamila was super helpful and offered me a larger unit at the same price as the small one I initially wanted. She was also very sweet and helpful in showing me around and getting me all set up. I had a great experience and felt very taken care of. Would definitely recommend.
