2) The double-leaf main entrance gate, like the rest of the fence, is made of double-mesh fencing and is extremely flimsy due to its size. As a result, it jams when closing, so the next time it's opened, the gate opener mechanism jams. The gate then only wobbles briefly – the opening attempt is aborted. Sometimes you have to send 3-4 opening signals via the app before the motor manages to open the leaves. Or you have to get out of the car and loosen the jammed gate leaves.

3) In the vestibule of entrance A, where the storage carts are parked, someone could have easily swept through, as the floor is probably still thickly covered with sand-colored dirt from construction. On the one hand, it's convenient for customers to be able to move their belongings around unobserved; however, I would feel more secure if all the aisles were monitored.

6) The entire premises are enclosed only by a fence that is barely tall enough for a person to stand on, and which can be climbed relatively easily.

7) The push bars used to manually unlock the doors from the inside, even without pressing the release button (which only unlocks the cylinder but unfortunately doesn't open the door), are so stiff that, depending on how jammed the mechanism is, you sometimes have to really force your way in to unlock the door. Elderly people or children might have trouble with this.

8) The fire alarm emergency buttons are not yet functional (the out-of-order card is still behind the glass) – but the location is already open to customers.

9) Considering points 4)-6), I have to assume that currently anyone wanting to sneak onto the storage area can do so. 4) Steuerung der Zutrittsanlage erfolgt entweder per Code oder optional per App, ohne aussteigen zu müssen.

5) Zur Zeit jedenfalls noch günstiger als die Mitbewerber. Auch wenn die Zwangsversicherungsbeiträge schon ziemlich gesalzen sind wie ich finde. Und, sofern sie nicht demnächst scheibchenweise erhöhen.

Verbesserungsbedarf:

1) Der momentan gültige Sonderpreis war eigentlich befristet – deshalb hatte ich mich mit der Buchung beeilt. Nach Ablauf der Befristung wurde die Aktion jetzt einfach wieder weiterverlängert...Kam mir etwas vera. vor. Dieses Vorgehen ist nach UWG genau aus diesem Grund auch eigentlich so nicht erlaubt.

2) Das zweiflügelige Hauptzufahrtstor besteht wie auch der Rest des Zaunes aus einem Doppelmattenzaun und ist aufgrund der Größe extrem "klapprig". Dadurch verkeilt es sich beim Schließen, sodass bei der nächsten Öffnung der Antrieb des Toröffners blockiert. Das Tor wackelt dann nur kurz – die Öffnung wird jedoch abgebrochen. Man muss per App teilweise 3-4 Öffnungssignale geben, bist der Motor es schafft die Flügel zu öffnen. Oder man muss aussteigen und die Verkeilung der beiden Torflügel lockern.

3) Im Vorraum des Eingangs A, wo die Magazinwagen abgestellt sind, hätte man auch ruhig mal mit einem Besen durchgehen können weil hier der Boden vermutlich noch vom Bau dick mit sandfarbenem Dreck belegt ist. Nicht tragisch – lässt aber auf das Mindset schließen, mit dem der Standort betreut wird. Das Personal hat ja weder die Aufgabe beim Umzug zu helfen, noch wie Animateure im Hotel Showeinlagen abzuliefern sondern einfach nur, die ordentliche Bewirtschaftung der Immobilie sicherzustellen. Zwischen täglich 9:30 - 18:00 kann man dann ruhig auch mal einen Besen in die Hand nehmen.

4) Die rechte Außentür des Eingangs A schließt – anders als die Innentür – aktuell nicht selbstständig, wenn sie am Haftmagnet der Feststellanlage hängt. Dadurch steht die Tür wie selbst erlebt durchaus auch mal zwei Stunden am Stück offen. Lediglich die innere Tür zur Lagerfläche hin schließt nach ca. 3 Minuten automatisch, wenn sie offengehalten wurde. Es ist nirgends erklärt, dass sich die Arretierung auch manuell durch ein kräftiges Reißen vom Magnet lösen lässt.

5) Die Lagerfläche selbst – also die Gänge in denen sich die einzelnen Lagerabteile befinden, ist zumindest nach meiner Beobachtung (noch?) nicht Videoüberwacht. Einerseits angenehm, als Kunde sein Zeug unbeobachtet herumräumen zu können; würde mich aber zum Schutz meiner Sachen doch wohler fühlen, wenn alle Gänge überwacht wären.

6) Das gesamte Gelände ist nur mit einem lediglich mannshohen Zaun umfriedet, der vergleichsweise einfach überwunden werden kann.

7) Die Druckstangen, mit denen die Türen von innen auch ohne Betätigung der Öffnungstaste (die ja eh nur den Zylinder entriegelt aber leider nicht die Tür auffährt) notentriegelt werden können sind so schwergängig, dass man sich da teilweise, je nachdem wie verhakt die Mechanik gerade ist, richtig "dagegenwuchten" muss, um die Tür zu entriegeln. Ältere oder Kinder durften da so ihre Probleme haben.

8) Die Brandmelde-Nottaster sind noch nicht funktionsbereit (noch die out-of-order-Karte hinter dem Glas) – der Standort aber schon für Kundenverkehr in Betrieb.

9) Wenn ich 4)-6) zusammennehme, muss ich davon ausgehen, dass zur Zeit noch jeder fremde, der mal schnell auf die Lagerfläche sneaken möchte sich hier durchmogeln kann. Zack über den Zaun, wenn der Baucontainer nicht besetzt ist und dann durch die offenstehende nicht zufallende Tür am Eingang A und dann einfach warten, bis jemand die Innentür zum Lagerbereich öffnet und mit rein. Dort steht einem dann die Kamerafreie Lagerfläche "zu füßen".
