Good facility and customer service, expat friendly. It is a new facility, and from what I have seen so far-- good, clean, and well run. Customer service is good and not just in German, but also in also in English by Mr. Gottwald. My storage box was perfectly clean, and the move in process was smooth. Everything seems to be well run and well organised. Maybe opening hours are not 27/7 or not as long as as other provides online. Online intrface and website is good. Customer service protocols are super.
