(Translated by Google) Exceptional service – highly recommended!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Shurgad Storage! We had an exceptionally positive experience, especially thanks to Andre, who provides truly impressive service with his friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism.

I've worked with many service providers, but I've rarely experienced customer service like this.

One example that particularly stands out: One of my employees accidentally left a package at the storage facility. The team noticed, recognized it from the company name, took possession of it, and even tried to contact us by phone several times. This is something I don't take for granted and demonstrates how attentive and responsible they are with their customers.

Andre was also always available, solution-oriented, and incredibly dedicated when we had questions or problems. You can tell that they don't just rent out storage space, but that their customers and a long-term, trusting relationship are truly their top priority.

A huge thank you to Andre and the entire team! This is exactly what customer service should be like. I am truly extremely impressed and can highly recommend Shurgard Storage to anyone who values reliability, a personal touch, and first-class service.

A well-deserved 5 stars and a clear recommendation!

Genau so sollte Kundenservice aussehen.

One of the best staff (Andre) in Shurguard mannheim.

I cancelled my membership today after 5 years because I no longer needed it. A special mention goes to the consistently friendly staff – without exception, all were friendly, polite, and competent.

They were very helpful with switching from a large to a small storage unit. They were also very helpful with app updates. As someone who prefers to keep things offline, this was a huge help to me.

Furthermore: clean entrances, clean elevators, and a clean parking lot. Our boxes and suitcases were very well stored.
