(Translated by Google) I was looking for short-term storage and found Shurgard's price-performance ratio to be significantly better compared to others. I was first contacted by phone and then very kindly informed about the Düsseldorf Heerdt location by Jana and Markus. The facility is well-secured, can be opened from your car via an app, and you can drive into the storage area protected from bad weather. Everything is clean, well-lit, and very well-maintained. You get your own lock cylinder for your storage unit, can change the size at any time if needed, and can cancel with 15 days' notice before the end of a storage month. After successfully moving in (activating the app via an email), I received another call to check if everything had gone smoothly and if I had any further questions. This is an all-around excellent and friendly service! Insurance is also offered if your own home contents insurance doesn't cover it. I am very satisfied with the friendly and competent service and this clean storage facility!
