Today it was a storage unit swap (from 12m² to 6m²) after retrieving most of my stored belongings. Sylvie and Naoum went above and beyond to find the most affordable solution and explained the procedure for a safe transfer (both units were available for the day, each with two locks, including the original unit's lock, which became the lock on the new one). Well done and thank you!!!
