How to reach Shurgard Paris 12 - Bercy Village

Our facility is located inside the Indigo Bercy Village car park, at 12 Rue de Libourne, 75012 Paris, close to Bercy Village, UGC Ciné Cité Bercy cinema and the Pullman Paris Centre Bercy and Ibis Paris Bercy Village hotels.

All storage units are located on level -3 of the underground car park.

Car access via the Indigo Bercy Village car park

From the Paris ring road, take the Porte de Bercy exit, then follow Quai de Bercy towards central Paris. After Accor Arena, turn left into Rue de Libourne.

The Indigo car park entrance is accessible from Rue des Pirogues de Bercy. Follow the car park signs and take the entrance ramp.

Once inside, take a parking ticket and follow the Shurgard signs to level -3. At the entrance to the Shurgard area, use the access keypad to open the barrier with the Shurgard app.

You can then park in the designated customer spaces. The main entrance to the facility is at the far end of this parking area.

Important: the maximum vehicle height allowed is 1.90 m, and lorries cannot enter the car park.

Before leaving, remember to validate your parking ticket at the machine in the facility's entrance hall, just after the main entrance door.

Pedestrian access: two possible entrances

If you're arriving on foot or by public transport, you can reach the facility through two entrances:

• 12 Place des Vins de France: look for the Indigo sign and the red access keypad. Open the door using the Shurgard app, then take the lift or stairs to level -3. Follow the Shurgard signs and go through the doors leading to the car park. The facility is on your left.
• 4 Cour du Minervois: use the red access keypad next to the Indigo sign, then take the lift or stairs to level -3. Follow the Shurgard signs to the end of the corridor and open the red door using the Shurgard app.

You can use the free Wi-Fi available on site with the Shurgard app to open compatible access points.

To find your storage unit, check the map displayed inside the facility. Corridors are identified by letters, and signs indicate the storage unit numbers.

Getting here by public transport

Shurgard Paris 12 - Bercy Village is approximately 3 minutes' walk from Cour Saint-Émilion metro station, served by line 14.

From the station, you can reach the pedestrian entrance at 12 Place des Vins de France or 4 Cour du Minervois.

This is particularly convenient if you want to drop off or collect a few boxes or smaller items without using a car.

Parking and moving your belongings
