I'm giving 5 stars because, thanks to the app's tools and especially the warm welcome from Mustapha (or Moussa, sorry if I'm mistaken...) and Sabrina, my experience was made much easier. I had just driven 300km to drop off some belongings in a storage unit, and I hadn't booked in advance. Mustapha patiently gave me all the information I needed, and Sabrina even brought trolleys to the location because I couldn't find any, all with a smile. Thank you to them!

Always top-notch, the only downside is the shop's tape, which I find really poor; if you could replace it with stronger tape, that would be perfect.
