I was very disappointed by the telephone service, which is located abroad and called us repeatedly without understanding our requests. As a result, I went in person, even though I am disabled, and I received a very warm welcome and helpful information from Mégane! Thank you to her, because otherwise I wouldn't have come. She deserves the 5 stars.
