We booked a storage unit online for my son, but unfortunately, it was too small to hold all his belongings. Once we arrived, we were greeted by Nathalie, who recommended a second unit and went above and beyond to find one that met our needs. She is very professional and attentive. It's so rare to receive such service these days. Thank you, Nathalie, for your professionalism, patience, and attentiveness. You represent your company well.
Thank you again, and please keep up the good work! 💪🙏
