Customer service and care is exceptional at this Shurgard, having never used a self storage before, the instructions were easy, the layout and brilliant signage helped massively, and the app is brilliant to use if you go there out of hours.

The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us even before normal office hours, which we really appreciated. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The site itself is very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. We will definitely use Shurgard again in the future and highly recommend them.

Great service by Rachel. Great place, warm and cosy for your items, it’s not a cold unit at all. Clear and tidy. Cheap £1 for your first month… can’t go wrong. Proper secured and all phone app controlled so no random can access the location without the phone. Great price on boxes and accessories for packing

we stored our furniture etc at the Basingstoke branch of Shurgard. I must say all the staff were extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Lara and Ed are who dealt with us on different occasions, very professional and courteous always smiling. From the start the staff are so welcoming and helpful building is always tidy. They are really helpful in making that choice of what size unit this company is far the cheapest in Swindon. I did some research but for me it's about the place and the staff 10/10 if you ask me.my unit was clean when I had it.

The staff at Shurgard are always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful every time I’ve been there. No matter the reason for my visit, someone has always been happy to help. When I checked out and was leaving, Amy was especially helpful and made the whole process really easy and stress-free. Competitive prices and a great location too. I’d definitely recommend.
