Excellent all round,I'm so happy with my unit and the service provided by Shurgard. Manager Chris went about and beyond, extremely helpful all the way. Shurgard have no hidden surprises, all pricing is available online ,unlike all other storage units. The Altrincham Shurgard is in a great location too.I looked at many storage facilities and this is the best, with an great manager.

Customer service team are great. Mel at the Gillingham branch has been great too! Mel organised my booking then happily helped me to change to a bigger unit. Mel was happy to accommodate what was a better option for me and promptly did the paperwork. Packing up a 3 bed house is stressful - Mel helped it to be a little easier - thank you Mel😁😁

I received regular updates on the setup up of the storage space at Harlow branch and customer service Aaron was very helpful and informative.

I had an excellent experience with Shurgard Kensington. The facility is clean, secure and very well maintained, but what really stood out was the outstanding customer service.
I found myself in a very difficult personal situation and, after explaining what had happened, Ray went above and beyond to help me. His understanding, kindness and professionalism made a huge difference during a very stressful time. It is rare to come across someone who genuinely cares and is willing to make an exception to help a customer.
