An absolutely excellent facility: security is 10/10. The staff have been extremely helpful and always polite, the system is highly secure and works seamlessly. I left the vast majority of my belongings there for over a month and I had absolutely no concern. I would definitely recommend this company.

I booked my unit online which was easy enough but the real five star experience started when I actually showed up at the site. I ran into a few challenges at the gate and was feeling pretty stuck but Ahmed and Kev stepped in and sorted everything out immediately. I was also a bit confused with how to actually fit the lock to the unit and they did not hesitate to help me get it sorted properly. Nothing was too much effort for them and they handled the whole thing with such a positive and supportive attitude. You can tell they really take pride in the place because the whole store is incredibly clean and well looked after. It is rare to find staff this friendly and genuinely willing to help when things do not go perfectly. Ahmed and Kev are massive assets to Shurgard and honestly represent the best of the company. If you want a stress free experience go to this location because these guys are absolute legends and deserve some serious recognition for how they treat their customers.

Highly recommend! First time storage user and the experience was easy and straightforward. We were met by John front of house who was friendly and showed us round giving us exactly the information we needed. The App makes access easy. Trolleys available for moving your stuff to your unit.

My experience with big yellow Croydon from the beginning was amazing, Paula and her team gave me friendly customer service and made me feel welcome. Always updating me with persistent emails and I was really happy with the service. 10/10

Jeff and Karen were absolutely brilliant in assisting us, both were really lovely helpful people with superb customer service ethics.
I would absolutely recommend Shurgard, and if I ever need storage again in future I’ll be back, not just for the fantastic location but for the staff as well……well done Shurgard, Jeff and Karen…..this is the most impressed I’ve been with services in years…

I rent a unit for use for the Local Authority and have had excellent service from Carina on several occasion when a few issues arose with people forgetting codes, needing padlock changes, business card being blocked and autopay being shut off etc.

Had a great experience using Shurgard's services for storage. It's pretty inexpensive for London and hassle free. Definitely recommend! I had Michelle on the phone and she was lovely.
