5 stars for the team at Shurgard Staines – Val and his colleague were really helpful when I needed to move units. They took the time to walk me through options that made the move easier and saved me some money, which I really appreciated.
Only minor downside is the app’s Bluetooth unlock can be a bit unreliable – sometimes it takes a few minutes to get access – but that seems like a wider system issue rather than anything the local team controls. Overall, great service on-site.

I have to say the best thing about the Epsom branch of Shurgard is Chris. He’s incredible. Uber professional whilst at the same time being approachable and friendly, nothing is ever too much trouble. He makes helpful suggestions regarding different options to best suit your needs.
I’ve had multiple units at Epsom over the years and a big part of the reason I stay at that location and with Shurgard is because of Chris and how helpful he is. He really works hard. The service he provides is second to none. Give this man a raise!!!
