The facility is always kept clean and tidy, and being able to access the unit until 9pm is very useful. And the staff are fantastic! Gina is so helpful and kind, and I just can’t thank her enough for helping me!

Really great storage units. I got the smaller unit just to store camping gear and it's really space full. Really helpful staff on site showed me through how everything works. Jonathan is a really nice approachable staff member and really helped me with everything. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve had my items in storage for a year now and the team here - Mani and Shams - have been incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish. Mani was particularly helpful when I recently looked to downsize my storage unit and took the time to help me find the right space for me but was so kind and friendly throughout - nothing was too much trouble. This was much appreciated especially considering I was moving house and it was a particularly stressful time! I strongly recommend this facility - Mani and Shams keep it running so well and it’s clean and well ordered too. Thank you guys!

Absolutely amazing staff in ardwick store avoid online/ phone and go straight to store. Customer service team online/ phone messed up our storage booking but the staff in the ardwick branch; Brenda, Kane and Axel were amazing and helped me sort everything out and also Rob at the salford store, if it wasn't for them I would be leaving a 1 star review due to the customer service which seem incompetent and can't seem to do their job properly.

Excellent service from Kaz at Shurgard Staines. I contacted the branch about my storage arrangement and he listened, understood what I needed, and sorted it out quickly and without fuss. Clear, helpful and genuinely interested in keeping me as a customer. The site is clean and easy to access, but it is Kaz who made the difference. Highly recommended.
