I have honestly had a very positive experience with the Greenford Shurgard. The staff is very nice and so helpful whenever you need anything, making sure you have the best experience and have everything you need. The place is always clean and well kept and anytime I need to access my storage unit, it is a smooth and easy process. I highly value and recommend!

I had a really positive experience. Mani and Shams were both extremely helpful, friendly and professional. They took the time to show me the different options and helped me choose the perfect storage unit to meet my needs, without making me feel rushed.
They also helped me a great deal with the moving-in process, making everything much easier and less stressful. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish, and I really appreciated the time and effort they put into helping me.

On arrival, to enter the compound you need their app which you can only access with a unique number.
And then to enter the building you require it again, and once again to use the lift inside. I cannot fault the levels of security there!
Trolleys are provided to easily move your items from car/van to your allocated storage lockup.
Spoke to a lady called Rachel the day after my move in date that was very nice and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything so far! Even pointed out I can easily increase my storage size or even decrease it.
