I had such a great experience with David who helped me at the Shurgard storage unit in Wokingham. He was really friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make everything easy. He explained the process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the right unit for my needs. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. It’s so refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from the Caroline, who was friendly, helpful, and explained everything clearly from start to finish. She answered all our questions and showed us the unit before we rented it. What an excellent storage facility in Cardiff. Rob was a brilliant host and showed us all the workings in a very clear manner. He went through everything and we had absolutely no problems accessing the unit and we are really impressed with the safety and accessibility of the storage unit. Rob is a great asset to Shurgard. Having the app is a game changer for ease of use.
