Paige couldn’t have been more helpful. I arrived just before closing on Tuesday but she very kindly stayed late to sort out my contract and show me the storage space. The space was clean and easy to access, and there were trolleys and lifts to help with the unpacking. A very secure space and the out of hours access is a huge bonus. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

After thoroughly researching my storage options, Shurgard emerged as the clear winner. They offer convenience, ethical practices, and friendly service.
The Shurgard app is user-friendly and provides easy access to your storage unit, even after office hours.
Shurgard's pricing is transparent and available on their website, unlike other providers who often engage in persistent negotiations, offering "price match" or "lowest price guarantees" if you present a better quote. This approach feels neither ethical nor honest to me.
Moreover, the staff at Shurgard are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even followed up with a phone call to inform me that I can change the size of my unit at any time without incurring any administrative costs.
Very satisfied with my choice!

I had a fantastic experience at the store thanks to a wonderful woman named Kerry. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. Kerry took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I found exactly what I needed, and did it all with genuine care and a great attitude. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out, and she made the entire visit feel easy and enjoyable. It's clear she truly cares about the customers, and I left feeling very well taken care of.

The team was very friendly and understanding, I spoke with Manny on the phone asking for help with my storage and information thinking that it would be a total chaos and inconvenience but instead it was really reassuring and easy to understand. Also the fact that this storage is open until 9pm rather than 6pm like many others is also an amazing detail about this place. Overall great experience !
