Shurgard was fantastic, and it really made our storage experience smooth. With so much luggage to bring back to London, we decided to use storage. Mani totally got what we needed and offered us the best deal. Also, he explained the overall process and showed us the storage and how to get in in detail. I loved his empathy and customer service skills; I was so glad because I had looked into a few other storage places beforehand, and they were way pricier in London.

Reviewing in hopes that Azeez's boss will see this and give him a raise because he literally saved the day today. I've gotten very little sleep the past few nights and accidentally booked a unit in the wrong Reading location. This would have been a huge problem, as I have to be out of my flat by tomorrow at noon. Azeez rebooked me for the correct location and helped me get a larger unit, which my partner had recommended. This was really complicated, but he did it calmly and professionally. He then made sure that I got the app set up before getting off the phone, which was really kind and saved me a headache! Thank you dude.
N.B.: the app is pretty annoying as a way to get in: you need to touch it to the square to the right of the keypad not the keypad and press "unlock" when it appears.

Excellent self storage solutions. The customer service is brilliant and Carmen the assistant store manager is very kind and helpful. I have previously used another self storage company and the customer service there was terrible so Shurgard will always get my vote. The entry system is safe and secure and I cannot fault the company at all.

I have used a few self storages in Manchester and this one is by far the best! Its very easy to register and to verify ID, you can do it by yourself online. Also they have an app and its pretty straightforward and simple, I love it a lot just because of the app to be honest.

Shurgard storage service is absolutely amazing. The ease of renting a storage unit is amazing. It’s easy, quick and fast I was able to move in my things on the same day of signing up online. I really like the self service of the entire process, I didn’t have to see anyone in person or go through a phone call to start using my storage unit. Accessing the unit is also easy with the app and the being able to access the gates using the app with Bluetooth. I have also had a chance to speak to the staff and can happily they say are kind and easy to reach and to talk to. All in all it’s a great service provided by Shurgard. Highly recommend their service.
