I had a last minute change of plans and needed a storage unit, and I was able to secure one with the help of one of the customer care reps, I believe Matilda is her name. And the whole reception and space was excellent. And secured. I would definitely recommend

This is the second time I am using Shurguards and I must say I am super pleased. I got an email notifying me that my unit rate is going up next month and Katrina from the Maidenhead store advised me of the options available to me which would save me a lot of money.

I popped into city airport unit to get a quote and was greeted by a lovely young lady called Keely Archer, very helpful, polite & friendly and knew her stuff. Gave me all the information I needed. Came in to store to ask about unit sizes and prices as will be needing to store personal items. Keely was on hand and very helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with. She knew what size I needed and I wasn’t pressured into anything. Great customer service!! 😊 defo recommend!

Have had a storage unit at this facility for several years as lok n store. The recent changes as Shurgard have only made the experience better and more secure. however I have moved out of my storage unit today as have moved out of the area. Chris could not be more helpful with the closing of the account. A very refreshing experience without trying to hard sell to make me stay. Doubley helpful when I left my phone in my storage unit effectively locking myself out.
