This is by far the best facility I have come across. It is tailored to provide a seamless customer experience. There are no hidden costs. The app is efficient. The staff is also very attentive. Ashley is absolutely lovely. Great experience, overall! I would choose them again.

Excellent customer service from Keely. First helped identify a unit wide enough for my items, but not bigger than necessary. Then due to an IT issue had to manually help me get verified and set up with an access code. Helpful, friendly and efficient.

Shannon are very helpful to me yesterday and today. In fact she helped me to make up my mind about where to store my stuff which makes sense and benefits me at this time. She is very friendly and a valuable asset to her company even though she is new.
Caroline and Shannon are in the office today, and I was shown a unit which I am very happy about and the whole process of securing it is very fast and straightforward including setting my app. I am very pleased so far with all things delivered by them.

HARLOW BRANCH: Friendly staff (Liam and Aaron have been fab!) a lovely big clean unit which is more than adequate for my needs. It's light, it's warm, I've never had a problem with it being too busy to find a spare trolley and easy to load in and out of. Very happy with the service received so far :)

We had some confusion about our reservation for which I thought it best to visit the branch. Abbas was the cust service on reception. He explained everything clearly and with patience and a smile. He was very reassuring and went, in my opinion, over and above, to allay our fear.
I hope Shurgard change their system (which generates a reservation cancellation email to the customer upon a contract being confirmed. That email should clarify that now that the contract is confirmed, reservation is cancelled.
