I have had a very smooth, secure and affordable experience with Shurguard. The flexibility of the storage was excellent for my short-notice move and the staff at the Salford facility have been very helpful. Absolutely would use Shurguard again!

Amy at Shurgard Self Storage was absolutely great. She was really accommodating from the start and took the time to show me around the facility before I made any decisions. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the whole experience much more comfortable.
She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was happy with the unit I chose. It’s refreshing to deal with someone so friendly and genuine. Highly recommend!

So far so good! Nice welcome at the warehouse, really simple check in process and a good app to manage access to the storage facility. Great lift and big door to get in, and lots of trolleys to help move things. Unit was clean and easy to access.

I have recently visited the Hemel Hempstead branch and enquired about storage options. Sorina was available and most helpful with explaining what size would be required for my needs and how the pricing works.
The office and storage areas are very clean and the staff I dealt with was very polite, helpful and efficient, which is the gold standard compared to other places.

We visited a few different places when making the decision to use a storage unit, and Shurgard was our favourite. The price was very competitive which is great, but even more than that, the customer service has been amazing. Hollie and Axel have been fantastic! We feel welcomed, cared for, and Hollie has explained everything clearly. We also love that access is via an app! Thank you to you both for showing us around, and for entertaining our 3 year old cheeky monkey while we got everything set up!

The whole place is exceptionally clean – both outside and inside. You can really see that everything is well looked after and properly maintained. It always felt safe, organised and professional.
What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. The service is not only very friendly, but above all extremely professional. They genuinely care about their customers and are much more attentive and helpful than in other storage places I’ve used before. Anytime I needed assistance, they were quick to respond and always willing to help.
Compared to other self storage options in Hemel, this is definitely the best choice. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed storage facility.
