Excellent customer service from Keely. First helped identify a unit wide enough for my items, but not bigger than necessary. Then due to an IT issue had to manually help me get verified and set up with an access code. Helpful, friendly and efficient.

Went in to check the size of the rooms in person. Keely was on shift today and was welcoming and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and helpful about the rooms and their respective prices, along with information about the security and access of the complex.
I currently have a reservation, which was quickly sorted by Keely and because of her I will seriously consider renting a room.

I visited the store today to enquire about storage as I'm downsizing my home soon and need to store some items for a short while. I was greeted with a friendly face and instantly felt welcome. Keely was very helpful explaining all the unit sizes and advising what would be best for me with the items I have to store. It was a pleasure to deal with her such lovely customer service.
