The Shurgard city airport has great affordable storage facilities with easy access and a dedicated car park. The manager (Keely) is exceptionally helpful. A minor issue that happened during the check in was handled professionally and resolved immediately. Would highly recommend!

I’ve used several storage unit companies across London, and Shurgard has by far been the best experience I’ve had.
From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth. The included unit locker was a nice touch, and the service was quick and hassle-free. Everyone I spoke to, both over the phone and in person, was friendly, polite and extremely helpful.
A special thank you to Keely and the team for making everything so easy. After such a great experience, I now know exactly where I’ll be going for any future storage needs.

I came into Shurgard to ask a few questions about different sized units as I was unsure which I would need, I was greeted by Keely the store manager, she was more than keen to answer every question I had and left out no detail, I truly feel like she went above and beyond for me and made me feel so comfortable and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and how everything worked. Keely is a role model manager and the perfect example of amazing customer service.

I had such a positive experience at Shurgard City Airport thanks to Ryan. I was having several technical issues while trying to sort out my storage unit contract, and to make matters worse, it was right before closing time.
Although the system problems were completely out of his control, Ryan kept apologising for the inconvenience and was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. He never made me feel rushed and even promised he wouldn’t leave until everything was fully sorted. That level of dedication and care is incredibly rare.
Ryan went above and beyond to make what could have been a very stressful experience feel easy. His professionalism, empathy and genuine commitment to helping customers really stood out :”) I definitely picked the right location for storage!

I honestly can’t thank Keeley and the team at Shurgard enough for the service they gave me today.
I’d lost the keys to my storage unit and was really stressed because I urgently needed to get hold of a package for one of my customers that had to be delivered the same day. I called earlier in the afternoon and spoke to Keeley, who immediately put me at ease. She reassured me that they’d be able to help me access my unit when I arrived, and from that moment I felt so much more relaxed.
When I got there, everything happened exactly as she’d promised. The team carried out all the necessary security checks to make sure I was the account holder, even though I didn’t have my ID on me, which I really appreciated because it showed they take security seriously. They then quickly drilled the lock, got me into my unit, and had me on my way in no time.
The whole team were friendly, professional and genuinely wanted to help. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they kept me informed throughout. Thanks to their help, I was able to get the package and make my customer’s deadline without any issues.
Customer service like this is hard to come by these days. Keeley was brilliant from the first phone call right through to the end, and the rest of the team were just as helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shurgard to anyone looking for secure storage with staff who genuinely care about their customers.

"Excellent service from Shurgard Self Storage, our client needed to store their furniture whilst renovations were taking place at their apartment. The deadline for this changed several times throughout the project and Keely was very helpful in accommodating this without it being an issue.
