Went in to check the size of the rooms in person. Keely was on shift today and was welcoming and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and helpful about the rooms and their respective prices, along with information about the security and access of the complex.
I currently have a reservation, which was quickly sorted by Keely and because of her I will seriously consider renting a room.

I visited the store today to enquire about storage as I'm downsizing my home soon and need to store some items for a short while. I was greeted with a friendly face and instantly felt welcome. Keely was very helpful explaining all the unit sizes and advising what would be best for me with the items I have to store. It was a pleasure to deal with her such lovely customer service. Was looking for a unit just for a short period of time. Keely and the rest of the team were really helpful and assisted me with finding a suitable sized unit and location for my needs. Starting the rental and finishing it has been hassle free and I’ll definitely be back should I need a unit again in the future.

I popped into city airport unit to get a quote and was greeted by a lovely young lady called Keely Archer, very helpful, polite & friendly and knew her stuff. Gave me all the information I needed. If I could give 10 stars I would the young lady Charlie that works in shurgard went above and beyond for me and my mum and I cant recommend the storage more.She built a great relationship with us though out the tour of the building explaining everything in great detail and question we had she answered .Charlie keeping doing what you are doing and I'm sure you will achieve hight
