I’ve had an entirely positive experience to date - very friendly and efficient on-site staff (Zoltan) helped me to select the right unit and set up the app. The facility is very clean with easy parking and plenty of trolleys.

Every time I have come the staff have always been helpful and the area is super clean . I also have had the pleasure of. Meeting staff member Zoran who so nice and always so helpful. I've never had problems with the app when having to get inside it always works.

From day one, the staff at Shurgard Storage have been extremely helpful and professional. A special thank you to Zoplan for making the check-out process so smooth and stress free. I have used another storage facility in the past where the staff were simly uncaring, but my experience here has been the complete opposite. I would not hesitate to recommend Shurgard Storage to anyone looking for reliable service and friendly support.

I thought Eugene was very helpful this morning after having not uploading my ID in order for my deposit for storage can be processed - she looked into my file and was sympathetic to the difficulties with my phone and the fact when I booked it was actually in hospital. Given this she informed me of what to do if I want to rebook it online again or to visit the depot. However, she assured me that she would call the depot ahead to inform them of my issues. Given today transport strikes in London it was one less thing I had to worry about

After losing my nan, I was looking for a safe place to store some of her most important belongings. Eugene was incredibly kind and supportive, guiding my mum and me through the entire process with care and compassion.
