I had a very smooth move-in experience. The staff were amazing, and the customer service was 10/10! They really tried their best to accommodate my needs.
Eugene, in particular, was lovely. She explained everything clearly and was extremely helpful throughout the process. I was also impressed that they called the day after I moved in to make sure everything was going well.
The storage facility feels very secure, and I really like the additional security measures like needing the app and a login to access the building.
Overall, I recommend storing here

On the day of moving, the check in process was easy and straightforward and Samuel, the staff in reception, was very helpful in making sure it was such a seamless process.

The site was very helpful in setting up the units. The online application is great. The company directors which are based in London, did not have to attend to complete the application. Well done.
