I've been a long term business customer at this storage place since the days of Lok n Store, well before the take over by Shurgard. I must say the seamless operations with the self accessibility and the extended opening hours is impressive, well managed store.
Not to mention their friendly and welcoming staff, particularly SHANICE who's always available to help and puts smile to my face even on a stressful day. You guys are great just take care of me on my next rent review🤣🤣🤣

We arrived at the storage very stressed moving from London, but the two ladies Ceili-Lea and Shanice at the reception, were very kind ,and even offered to help us load some stuff onto our trolley. I booked the wrong storage size online but one of the ladies, took a look at what I brought and gave me the correct unit that fitted all my items. Thank you all for your help .
