Process to rent a storage locker was very straightforward and quick. Online ID verification was easy. Ceili from the Stevenage office reached out to me for verification and office hours. The staff at the Luton location were helpful in setting me up and showing me the ladder to use to reach the locker.

I've been a long term business customer at this storage place since the days of Lok n Store, well before the take over by Shurgard. I must say the seamless operations with the self accessibility and the extended opening hours is impressive, well managed store.
Not to mention their friendly and welcoming staff, particularly SHANICE who's always available to help and puts smile to my face even on a stressful day. You guys are great just take care of me on my next rent review🤣🤣🤣

I recently used Shurgard Self Storage in Luton, and I can honestly say it has been a great experience from start to finish. If anyone is looking for a safe, reliable, and reasonably priced storage facility, I would definitely recommend this place.
One of the best things about Shurgard Luton is the variety of storage plans available. They offer different unit sizes and flexible options, which made it easy for me to choose something that perfectly suited my needs without paying for unnecessary space. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to other storage places, making it a good and affordable option for anyone who needs extra space.
Another thing that really stood out to me was the security and cleanliness of the facility. The storage units are well maintained, the premises are clean, and the security measures give you peace of mind that your belongings are safe. Knowing that my things are stored in a secure environment made the whole experience stress-free.
However, what truly makes this place special is the staff. Every staff member I interacted with was extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me choose the right storage size, and made the whole process smooth and easy. It’s rare to find customer service this good, and it really made a big difference.
Overall, my experience with Shurgard Luton has been excellent. The combination of good prices, flexible plans, secure storage, and amazing customer service makes it a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for storage in the area.
I will definitely use their services again in the future and would happily suggest Shurgard Self Storage Luton to friends, family, and anyone who needs a trustworthy storage solution.
