All the people at customer service are knowledgeable, information is clear, they'll go out of their way to find the best deal for you even if it means they lose out on up selling service is friendly at all times of day. Get your own insurance though it is cheaper.

I totally forgot the opening times for Saturday, got there well after 4pm, the gentleman on shift (Chris) was about to lock the front door. All I wanted was to pickup a chair from my unit and he let me in although it was outside the operating hours and he had finished work. I definitely delayed him for a few minutes but was very grateful for his help. Much appreciated 👍 5 star customer service
