Thanks for getting me set up yesterday Paige in my unit. Now to do the fun part of decluttering, my only observation is it was very toasty on the 2nd floor today 🥵 app makes it super easy now I've got the hang of it. Plenty of trolleys about. Thanks Paige

I visited in person to check out the storage options and the team was really helpful and informative. I ended up booking a unit straight away for a start date 2 weeks later. Moved my items in yesterday and the whole process was super easy and straightforward. The staff were polite, friendly, and made everything simple from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Paige and the team at Longwell Green. Turned up and within 10 minutes all the paperwork was sorted, and had access to my storage unit. The team are incredibly friendly, and nothing was too much hassle!

Shurgard is set up very well. Made moving house a lot cheaper and in my opinion easier than booking movers. Saved around £1200 by using Shurgard, great team at the Longwell Green branch in Bristol

Used previously when they were Lok n store and I have to say the security and access is very much improved for the better. Paige was very helpful when I popped in to get my ID verified and then helped us set up the app and show how to use on both my phone and my daughters. My husband then decided he did want to use the app as well so we popped back in and Nikki very kindly set this up. Very friendly and helpful staff as always and would not hesitate to recommend the Longwell Green branch!

From the time I arranged storage with Shurguard Longwell Green, I had a call from Paige to welcome me and check if I had any questions and we made arrangements for me to come in the the following day where Nikki went through everything in detail. This is customer service to the highest level. Throughout the time I was there both Paige and Nikki were totally amazing, always helpful, always welcoming and friendly (even when I lost my keys) I cannot recommend them enough, other companies should take a leaf from their book when it comes to customer service which is world class. Thanks so much Paige and Nikki, see you again most definitely.
