Fantastic customer service and a very modern access control system. Everything from outer gate to lift door is controlled from your phone. The staff are courteous, friendly and actively work to find solutions to problems. This is the third storage company I've interacted with over the years but certainly the best.

Great storage facility in a convenient location with good access and plenty of parking. A special mention to the amazing Paige who went above and beyond to help me when I had been sent with the wrong keys to our unit. Compassionate, calm and incredibly helpful. All reprentatives helpful and cheerful. Good staff. My only issue is that site at Hemmel is one they have taken over and unable to replace lights in 10 mths I’ve been there. Apparently unable to source replacement tubes.

Shurgard self storage is the best one I’ve ever used! Very easy to book a lockup on line and straight forward app to use to gain entry etc!
