We used Shurgard at Longwell Green this year whilst we were in the process of selling our house. The staff were very helpful at all times both in-person and in responding very quickly to emails. Access to the building was very easy and a good range of opening hours. The storage is clean and bright. And their packing boxes are very reasonably priced if you need any !

The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us even before normal office hours, which we really appreciated. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The site itself is very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. We will definitely use Shurgard again in the future and highly recommend them.

We used a unit here for just over a year whilst clearing out part of our home. The facility is excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The automated entry systems makes the coming and going super easy. Will definitely use again if the need arises.

After having issues with my access code for a few months, I popped into branch on Friday 7th Nov and spoke with Nikki about the issue. She done her absolute hardest and everything she could to get me up and running again. Can't fault Nikki. She's been brilliant from the start with getting me set up back in April/May.
