All reprentatives helpful and cheerful. Good staff. My only issue is that site at Hemmel is one they have taken over and unable to replace lights in 10 mths I’ve been there. Apparently unable to source replacement tubes.

Shurgard self storage is the best one I’ve ever used! Very easy to book a lockup on line and straight forward app to use to gain entry etc!
Extremely good value for money with no minimum rental, very clean and tidy with the use of flat bed trolleys.

We have been looking for a while for a storage unit and when speaking with Shurgard they answered all enquiries fully and in good time.
We stopped in to look around and was meant by Paige who was very welcoming and professional. We didn’t intend of signing up there and then but Paige made us very comfortable and happy to commit.

Our first experience of using storage, we chose Shurgard, Longwell Green. Amy was so helpful and patient, walking us through the process when we arrived to start putting some of our items in. Then answering any questions we still had.

The staff at shurgard are amazing! Friendly and welcoming. I had an initial start and end date, due to external issues, I contacted the team and they were all on hand assist with the extension of the extra days I needed. Storage unit very clean, easy access, just what we wanted. Amy was extremely helpful after some issues with my original booking made via their contact centre in error. She sorted it all out without any hassle and created a new booking straight away. She also called my the next day to check all was ok. Thank you Amy!
