Gervais and Billy are very helpful, always available to answer any queries. They go out of their way to help you. I get log in issues with my phone, they are on hand sort them out for me. For good quality storage at a very reasonable price, you cannot beat them. I have been with other companies and feel like this is the perfect fit for me.

Great place and Gervais was so helpful, showing us the mobile security & access app and how everything worked, as well as the space for our things. I was very impressed by the security, cleanliness, size of the space, the array of trolleys and the ease of getting items from the car/van park to the storage space. Highly recommend.

Just took out storage (never done this before) at Gloucester, excellent service from the chaps there. Very easy, straightforward app controls. They demonstrated this to me which was reassuring. Great experience, based on my visit you can store with confidence!

Fantastic service and super easy to use, got a solid first month discount and been super easy since, app presses a button to unlock all gates, this is 2025 technology and I can't recommend it enough!

Thank goodness for Shurguard Storage. Bill was an absolute credit to the organisation; great genuine support and advice. Also, the storage fees was the best available. Average storage fees from other local self storage centers was approx £46 per WEEK for 75 square meter units. Shurguard charges £77 for the same sized unit.

Billy was super helpful when trying to get our unit during a very stressful time. Gave us different units to look around and offered great advice! Very friendly and helpful throughout. Super easy to get into the unit as well. Plenty of trollies available at all times we’ve been here. Feel secure with our items here. Signing in and out is easy and everyone has been really friendly and approachable.

Great storage facility in the heart of Gloucester. We turned up with lots of questions & not sure what we needed. We were warmly welcomed by Frank who patiently listened to our requirements & clearly explained the pricing structure, showed us lots of different size units & told us what we needed to do to secure a unit.
