Excellent Customer Service, I urgently needed a storage on weekends. To my surprise I got a call on Sunday morning, all the steps were explained to me clearly. Everything was quick and smooth. All the entries to the storage is access controlled by code which made it very secure. Would strongly recommend going with Shurgard

First class experience here. We had use of a unit for 12 months and the staff were outstanding.

Holly was amazing when I needed help with a query and she went above and beyond.
The facility and the unit was really clean and felt secure. You access the building using the app which worked every time. We were worried at first because our unit is on one of the upper floors but there is a huge lift and numerous trolleys.
We also didn’t have issues with parking and the location the multiple times we visited the facility to either pick something up or store extra items. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Shurgard’s service was faultless! Booking online was easy, and I received a call from someone from the Bromborough branch, as the Warrington branch didn’t have staff on a weekend, so they advised me on the process I’d need to follow when I arrived at the facility. It was super easy to understand.

Although my unit is at the Aldershot branch, I was helped by Luke from the Warrington branchj— and he was absolutely brilliant. He gave really sound advice on the type of lock I’d need and helped me work out the right storage space for my move. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. Couldn't fault him — made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Moved house to Warrington before Christmas and had some overflow clutter I needed “just out”. Honestly, apart from the at times confusing sign in process (which has become simpler since they introduced the app), my experience has been great. Shout out to Luke, the legend!!!

What can I say…..Went yesterday to look at units, and Holly was amazing!!! So kind and extremely helpful, helped me pick the correct unit for what I am storing, and told me all information very thorough. She was there today when I went to take my items and was so helpful again! She’s a credit to the team so thanks a lot Holly…. You’re a diamond 🫶🏻 My children also loved having a look at our unit as you can see in the photo ❤️
