Shurgard’s service was faultless! Booking online was easy, and I received a call from someone from the Bromborough branch, as the Warrington branch didn’t have staff on a weekend, so they advised me on the process I’d need to follow when I arrived at the facility. It was super easy to understand.

Although my unit is at the Aldershot branch, I was helped by Luke from the Warrington brancj— and he was absolutely brilliant. He gave really sound advice on the type of lock I’d need and helped me work out the right storage space for my move. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. Couldn't fault him — made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Moved house to Warrington before Christmas and had some overflow clutter I needed “just out”. Honestly, apart from the at times confusing sign in process (which has become simpler since they introduced the app), my experience has been great. Shout out to Luke, the legend!!!

What can I say…..Went yesterday to look at units, and Holly was amazing!!! So kind and extremely helpful, helped me pick the correct unit for what I am storing, and told me all information very thorough. She was there today when I went to take my items and was so helpful again! She’s a credit to the team so thanks a lot Holly…. You’re a diamond 🫶🏻 My children also loved having a look at our unit as you can see in the photo ❤️

Excellent value storage… others matched Shurgard prices but only for a promotional period. Luke dealt with our check- In and everything was so smooth. For us the website ID verification simply was not working as the page didn’t load, but probably an IT glitch. The building is very clean and warm with 2 large lifts to reach upper floors. Locks on units are standard padlocks, so nothing special required if you wish to supply your own.
I understand longer access hours are coming in the very near future but excluding late night on Thursdays, access is currently restricted to office hours during the week. The small inconvenience this creates is worth it considering the savings on competitors prices.
