Easy to get set up. Gina at the Poole branch was amazing and got me sorted when there was an issue with the app. She was also great showing me to the unit and explaining everything.

I have recently rented a unit here late on a thursday afternoon, Gina made sure i had done my ID check and understood how to access my unit that night so i could get straight in there outside of office hours. Her instructions were easy to understand and she has checked up on us since! we are very happy so far and a big thank you to Gina for being so kind and helpful

I have used this storage for a long time, it's clean, and Michelle is a wonderful lady who works hard to provide the best service, also the staff are lovely and helpful, the last time I was there and a young lady judely helped me out, which I appreciate very much.

The facility itself is spotless, safe, and so easy to access. I never worried once about the safety of my belongings — and when your whole life is in boxes, that kind of peace of mind is priceless.

Booked a unit here a few weeks ago and had a few extra requests needing taken care of as the unit is far from home. Michelle was extremely helpful and considerate to deal with. Felt really at ease that the stuff was in good hands and it saved us a lot of inconvenience. Thank you kindly.

This place is great, it's so easy to move in and great value for money. I had a few tactical issues with my house move, which was the reason I needed storage, and Michelle really helped me out of a predicament, she was great and I'd recommend this service to everyone. Thank you very much.

I cannot praise Michelle and Gina high enough at Shurgard , Poole. Due to unforseen circumstances I needed move my house contents from the North of England to Poole.
Both Ladies were very understanding , patient and gave me great options as to the storage of my house contents over several visits on my trips down. The care shown to my elderly parents who acted as my 'go betweens' was also very much appreciated . Nothing was too much trouble for the ladies. Going above and beyond, helping the removal company with access on the App. Even messaging me when my storage was complete and secure.
I, 100% recommended Shurgard Poole.
