The process of requesting a storage facility was so easy and smooth. Gina was fantastic when we first arrived Me and my wife soon realised that we needed a larger storage space. Thus was no issue with Gina and changed this straight away for us. Thank you to Gina fir making a stressful move less stressful! Definitely would recommend this place.

I wanted to leave this review as I had a really good experience using Shurgard self storage Poole. The office staff are soo friendly and helpful. They gave great advice on the type of storage I required for my needs. I was given a tour of how to gain access to my unit. The building is kept very clean and tidy and I felt confident that my belongings were kept safe and secure at all times.
I will definitely be using this company again if the need arises. I highly recommend.

Michelle was so helpful, friendly and courteous - despite me being awkward. Her patience and ability to go above and beyond makes her an asset to the company. Storage facility itself to be expected, just a shame opening hours are not the most flexible.

5 stars! Michelle & team have been so helpful and accommodating of all the changes I made along the way, especially when I had to change up the size of my unit last minute!
The only thing I would’ve liked would have been a heads up that the larger units require 2 padlocks rather than 1 but perhaps that would’ve been communicated if I had booked a larger unit in the first place! However, not an issue as Jenny allowed me to borrow a padlock until we sourced another one later in the day.

All of staff in Poole have been excellent, particularly Jenny. The storage facilities and different size units are good with varying rates and deals. Access is secure using the app. There is only one door to get your stuff in/out but it fits a large trolley through it so hasn’t been an issue for us. There is only one lift but again there’s not loads of people using it so again no issues.

The term self storage certainly doesn’t describe the service you are met with at Shurgard, Michelle at reception could not have been more helpful. Good facilities and a decent selection of different sized units. Trollies available on site and there are enough loading bays to mean you don't have to move your stuff too far. But the real benefits are the friendly and efficient staff, who have gone out of their way many times over the last year to help me out. 10 star service.
