So far so good! Nice welcome at the warehouse, really simple check in process and a good app to manage access to the storage facility. Great lift and big door to get in, and lots of trolleys to help move things. Unit was clean and easy to access.

Gina was super helpful with sorting out my insurance and explaining how things work with the app and access to the units. She showed me where to find things and made the process very easy. Unit was nice and clean and there was plentiful supply of trolleys. I haven’t moved things in yet but very happy with everything so far.

Huge thank you to Gina and Michelle for helping me with my storage rental. I am in the process of moving house and needed to get some boxes out of my tiny cottage. They were really helpful in getting the app loaded on my phone to enable me to access my unit out of office hours. Although I will probably just rent for one month I wouldn't hesitate to use this facility again in the future - thank you ladies 😊

Shurgard is so easy perfect for busy independent people who just want to get stuff done efficiently & effectively .
Super easy access except when you have lost your padlock keys, not a problem for Shurgard , Excellent Mitchell was on lunch break but off she went got all the tools to get me sorted even gave me back my undamaged padlock so l could re use if the keys did turn up, this time have ensured keys to new padlock are on my key ring.

The storage facility is clean ,well organised and really quite secure. The office staff are friendly,knowledgable and just all around fantastic. They showed us around ,made sure every thing was covered and answered any questions or concerns we had. The office staff at poole location deserve a raise 😁

The Shurguard facility at Poole is a very efficient and clean storage unit. The staff have always been friendly and professional in my dealings with them. The digital access to the site via the app was a bit daunting at first but actually is simple to use.

They offer 14 cool down period.
Had access to unit within 15 minutes.
App might not be for everyone, but works well and gives easy secure access and longer opening hours.
Plenty of trollies inside, in good condition.
