Great experience with Sarah at Shurgard. Being a novice at hiring a lock up, Sarah showed us around the lock up size prior to signing the contract to make sure was the correct size. The process was seamless. Super quick and easy to get into the lock up, with great security. Thank you Sarah

Went to ask about renting a storage unit at my local Basildon branch and was greeted by two very professional and friendly staff members Sarah and Theo who explained to me and my partner how everything works and then showed us one of the size units we was looking to rent. Sarah and Theo was extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable and safe in renting one of shurgard’s storage units. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent a storage unit.

I needed a storage unit urgently and I was met by Sarah who showed me two units and I agreed in the First size unit, I was able to move my stuff in straight away which was a massive relief. Service was amazing and everything was explained so well. I would highly recommend and if you can get Sarah to help then that's even better. Amazing service.
