Excellent customer service today. Was looking to transfer from my Gillingham storage to Basildon. The member of staff at Basildon was amazing, (sorry I forgot to take her name). She understood what I was looking for and dealt with the transfer in a smooth and easy transaction.

Excellent storage facility! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Communication was clear from start to finish, making the whole process quick and stress-free. The location was easy to find, the lockers were clean, secure, and a great size, and access was straightforward. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shurgard Self Storage Basildon to anyone looking for reliable storage.

This is my first time using a storage unit , the staff here are very welcoming and polite , showed me around and how to use the facility for entry and exit. The units and corridors are spotlessly clean and the security side of this is very good you do things from an app on your phone with a unique code for you , and if you try to go to a floor in the lift which your storage unit is not on the lift won't allow you too because the code tells the lift that your unit is not on that floor , I found that very good and reassuring. I would definitely recommend this storage company and specifically the one in Basildon festival leisure retail park
