Very efficient and seemless transaction with Shurgard, Harlow. Tooka unit for 2 month term. Pricing was very fair, especially with offer on the first month. Great communication confirming payment and also the location within building where my unit was located. I didn't use the App access as arranged for my kitchen supplier to offload and store, but they reported straight forward delivery without issue. Shurgard followed up with phone call to ensure everything was to my satisfaction (which it was). All in all an excellent service and I'd recommend. Thank you 😊

Great service, really nice guy named Liam helped us figure out what size storage we needed and was genuinely just really helpful and polite, thanks the prices here are really good as well so I would definitely recommend it for others

HARLOW BRANCH: Friendly staff (Liam and Aaron have been fab!) a lovely big clean unit which is more than adequate for my needs. It's light, it's warm, I've never had a problem with it being too busy to find a spare trolley and easy to load in and out of. Very happy with the service received so far :)

Very easy to book a unit online and good communication up to move in date. Staff very friendly and helpful explaining how to use app for access and showing where unit was. Would reccommend and would use again.

It was really nice experience storing my stuff at Shurgard Harlow. It’s was quite straightforward process and was explained very well in a friendly way by the gentleman in the office. In fact he saved me lot of money by offering a bigger unit and on promotion offer for just £1 a month. Even though I made a mistake by selecting a smaller unit with higher cost. He rectified it which is really kindness. I highly recommend Shurgard Harlow to everyone.

Excellent Service at Shurgard Harlow!

I had a really positive experience at Shurgard Harlow. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, which made storing my things completely stress-free. Charlotte was especially helpful — she was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s always nice to deal with someone so professional and friendly. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and peace of mind!

Excellent customer service. I visited them one day to get to know the place, space and prices and I was helped by Liam (amazing guy)!
A couple days later I went back to sign up and was helped by Charlotte and Aaron (both extremely helpful) they made sure I had everything set up and ready.
I definitely recommend Shurgard and the Harlow Team!

Big thanks to Aaron (and colleagues). I’ve had various sized units here over the past two years or so which felt quite daunting at times but can honestly say actually felt sad clearing out the last bit of storage yesterday as the staff have been so helpful, knowledgeable and always welcoming.
Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use this facility if I need to again in future.

Moved in this week. Simple, straightforward process booking online and receiving all details via email for moving in. Shurgard app makes access and finding units really easy. Price is very competitive compared to the quotes we had from elsewhere.

Facility itself is great, lots of trolleys and multiple lifts so moving stuff in or out is way easier than I'd thought it might be. The staff are friendly, sorted out details about insurance very quickly, explained access times etc and are on hand if you need anything.

The staff here are excellent. They are friendly and helpful and it's a pleasure dealing with any of them. My company rents storage here and despite us engineers just being the bods we get excellent help from the staff here. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always remarkably chirpy even first thing on a Monday morning. The place is clean and tidy and I hope the new changes coming in don't affect the level of service that's enjoyed here.
