From signing up to moving in the process went very smoothly. As a newly built facility there are two, working, lifts. Very happy with introduction from Matt the manager.

Chris helped my mum with her move in and nothing was too much trouble for him. Downloaded her app to gain access and showed her step by step of what to do and not to do. Chris's customer service is a credit to Shurgard.

Excellent all round,I'm so happy with my unit and the service provided by Shurgard. Manager Chris went about and beyond, extremely helpful all the way. Shurgard have no hidden surprises, all pricing is available online ,unlike all other storage units. The Altrincham Shurgard is in a great location too.I looked at many storage facilities and this is the best, with an great manager.

Had some questions to which the people at the front desk were very keen to help! They had lots of experience, advice and fun facts. Shurgard and their team exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Clean, bright and temperate. 10/10

Highly recommend, cheapest around, Chris dealt with all my questions and dealt with all my phone issues too. Both himself and Matt are very professional and nothing is to much. Also as being disabled they provided a chair for me to sit on
