Excellent, professional service. Kane was very friendly, highly informative and patient regarding my queries. I appreciated the opportunity to view lockers and units. Kane's personality, enthusiasm and warmth are an asset to Shurgard despite me not purchasing anything. Thanks to Brenda for the interesting chat, too.

Absolutely amazing staff in ardwick store avoid online/ phone and go straight to store. Customer service team online/ phone messed up our storage booking but the staff in the ardwick branch; Brenda, Kane and Axel were amazing and helped me sort everything out and also Rob at the salford store, if it wasn't for them I would be leaving a 1 star review due to the customer service which seem incompetent and can't seem to do their job properly.

It’s early days yet but I’m hopeful that the team here are great. Ones I’ve seen briefly seem great always stop to ask if assistance is required which is lovely!
(didn’t get that at the last one)
And the fact they follow up the next day to check if everything went okay and discuss any issues. 5stars is definitely what they need thanks you

Great storage facility close to Manchester City centre, second time I’ve used them now and the prices are very reasonable. Large storage containers with plenty space inside. Easy to set up and access the units very quickly.
