Just popped in to view the facilities, was greeted by Andy who promptly showed me around and gave me options. Andy was super helpful, answered all my questions and I am very happy with his service and the facility! Looking forward to 'moving in'.

Facilities were great and exactly what I needed at reasonable rates. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and made the whole moving in process as seamless as could be. Using Shurgard in Salford made the whole process of moving much easier, I would definitely recommend.

Getting set up with a storage unit online was such a quick and simple process! It took all of 5 minutes. Excellent website, follow up emails and instructions etc. We ended up not needing the unit but when I spoke to Jacob (Assistant Manager at the Salford Quays unit) he was super lovely and professional when it came to canceling the booking and refunding our payment. We were only a customer for 24hrs but the service from start to finish in that time was flawless. Should we end up needing to rent a unit again in the future we will 100% be going back to Shurgard.
