Outstanding service from Carol for going above and beyond literally 5 minutes before closing on a Friday to help me rent an extra storage space to unpack and find an outfit for an important event the next day which I couldn't find the night before . She made the impossible happen with patience , kindness and professionalism ! She could easily have said no , but instead went out of her way to help and made the whole process smooth and stress free despite sacrificing her own time after office hours to do so . This level of dedication and care is rare but consistently what I experience at this branch . Everyone here delivers service that goes well beyond what is expected and they have maintained those high standards over the five years I have been renting from them . A special thank you to her for making the magic happen and ensuring my dream came true .. She is a true hero !!

I was impressed with the service from desk staff. They even helped me to navigate the (app) for entering the building. Even the room locks were impressive. The actual padlock was very stylish with a retro look to it. The entire experience was Star Trek like. All clean, super high-tech and secure.

We booked Shurgard storage and found it very quick and efficient in moving in. They provide carts for easy movement and answered all questions I had before paying. The locking system worked very well and the storage unit was perfect. Carol and Fleur were very helpful.

Great experience with the Aldershot Shurgard. It's the first time I've used a storage locker and Carol was very helpful with getting everything set up and ready to go before hand, as I was moving in on a weekend when the office is closed. The app was easy to use and worked no problems. The locker and building were all very clean and secure. Thank you!

Recently rented a unit at this facility; it’s purpose built, clean, well-lit & the long access hours were a definite plus.
As ever, it’s how any business handles a problem that gives you a real idea of what they’re actually like. There was a bit of muddle during the startup but Fleur and Carol couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s a big plus to have such a friendly, welcoming & pro-active team who actually want to help.
It’s early days but so far, so very good.

Fabulous professional staff, providing a great service, the facility is truly fit for purpose, plenty of different size containers, easy to pick the correct one to suit your budget. Most of all easy to pick up and drop items off and very secure. Highly recommend wether you require short or long stay. AAA+
