Came in to shurgard today and was greeted with such care by carol at the front desk.I have used this service previously and due to my circumstances I have come back. Without a doubt best prices and amazing access. Would highly recommend. Thank you again Carol.

Recently rented a unit at this facility; it’s purpose built, clean, well-lit & the long access hours were a definite plus.
As ever, it’s how any business handles a problem that gives you a real idea of what they’re actually like. There was a bit of muddle during the startup but Fleur and Carol couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s a big plus to have such a friendly, welcoming & pro-active team who actually want to help.
It’s early days but so far, so very good.

Fabulous professional staff, providing a great service, the facility is truly fit for purpose, plenty of different size containers, easy to pick the correct one to suit your budget. Most of all easy to pick up and drop items off and very secure. Highly recommend wether you require short or long stay. AAA+

Amazing customer services, The team in Aldershot help locate a spacious unit a year ago for my salon equipment.
When I moved out, the lovely 🥰 team managed to secure me a smaller unit.
I would definitely recommend Shurgard as the best priced storage units in Hampshire.

Was supposed to move but unfortunately it never happened so we ran over to lock and store to see if we could get a store room for our things.
We were told of our options and we got a really good deal.
The lovely lady with long brown hair and glasses who served us (unfortunately we didn't catch her name) was really kind and patient explained everything in full. Showed us where to go and helped us out with a padlock too.
We didn't think of that either.

Great storage facility. Sarita is an absolute star, along with Carol and the other staff members. I highly recommend them if you need storage.

Carol was extremely helpful as we had forgotten to remove the locks from our units when we emptied them. She sorted it all out for us as we only realised after we have paid another month's fees and sorted out us a refund.

We moved our stuff in on Sunday which started with the van rental. Carol was there to check us in and show me the van which was effortless and worked so well. Once we had collected our items Carol showed us our unit and having the amount of trolleys on hand made light work of getting all our things up and safely stored. The customer service when I popped in before hand and from Carol was as so good and just made everything so easy. Would highly recommend this company and happy with my choice.

We visited Shurgard Aldershot with an issue of the unit cost inflating to £30 more a month we spoke to a lady call Sarita who new exactly the issue explaining the reasons behind it resolved the issue and traded us up to a bigger unit at a lower cost absolutely superb, thank you Sarita 5*’s to you excellent customer service and knowledge on the company system
