Very easy to book online - all the information was clear and on move in day it was very smooth - the security instructions were easy to follow and very easy to access the lock up. Carol from Shurgard had just given me a call to check everything went Ok which is much appreciated customer service - 5 stars all round and I would recommend

Booked the unit on a Saturday morning and received the emails and invoice immediately, got into the unit and the padlock was in a goody bag inside. Clean and tidy theoughout, well signed and a map provided in the email. Pleasant phone call about T&C's and ability to up and downsize. Good opening hours and automated entry/exit. Would recommend 5*

Really easy sign up online, with a great introductory offer. Everything is done via the Shurguard app from managing your account to accessing the site. Really well thought out process and the staff have been really helpful when I've had any questions. Definitely recommend them.

Really easy process hiring a unit. Easy to access via the app. Very clean building and unit. Received a call from Carol the day after to make sure there weren't any problems

I filled out the online form to obtain a storage unit. Very simple and fast. The unit was near enough ready straight away. It gave me my unit number and when I got to the unit, I asked at the office the location of it. All very very easy. The staff at the unit were very helpful and friendly. Fully recommend them.

First time using a storage unit and there was a member of staff on site to show us where the unit was located and how to access. A welcome bag was waiting in the unit for us as well.

Super helpful staff, from my initial consultations to arriving at the unit, the ladies at the units were lovely and I’ve even had a follow up email and call to check everything was okay. The app is also very easy to use!

Absolute breeze from start to finish with booking and using the storage unit whilst we move. Aldershot branch, Carol on reception was so polite, and showed us a couple of options size wise for units, no pressure to have the bigger one.
