Absolutely fantastic storage facility - I wouldn’t choose anywhere else! Edd, Paulette, Lara and Jamie are always so happy to help and nothing is too much trouble. Reasonable pricing too means that you get superb value for money! 😄

The Staff at this location are excellent friendly and helpful. It is a shame that Shurgaurd took over the place and increased prices. Only other quark was the opening hours especially weekends when people are free to access personal spaces. But staff make this place a 5star.

I had a fantastic experience visiting Lock’n’Store Shurgard in Basingstoke today. Being new to self-storage, I had a lot of questions, but Claire was absolutely amazing. She showed me around the facility, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel so easy. Her friendly and professional approach gave me confidence that my belongings will be safe and secure here. The facility itself is clean, well-organised, and secure. I highly recommend Lock’n’Store Shurgard and especially Claire for her exceptional customer service!

Moving house and have been looking at storage places to store some of our items whilst we are in the process. Called and spoke to a lovely lady called Paulette to get a quote. She couldn’t be more informative or helpful. Will speak to my partner regarding quotes but due to the excellent customer service Paulette provided it’s definitely swaying me to use lok n store.
