We have used this storage facility regularly over the last few years. The staff team are what make this such a nice place to come to. Carmen especially can't do enough for you. Friendly, warm and professional, and especially patient when I couldn't work the new technology! If ever we need storage facilities again we will be back.

Excellent self storage solutions. The customer service is brilliant and Carmen the assistant store manager is very kind and helpful. I have previously used another self storage company and the customer service there was terrible so Shurgard will always get my vote. The entry system is safe and secure and I cannot fault the company at all.

Apologies for the delay in review! I’m looking for storage as I am about to undergo some home renovation projects in the new year, I came into your Fareham branch on late afternoon on Tuesday, as I only wanted to view sizes to picture what I would need (which I wasnt offered when I looked at different stores, felt very forced to sign with them) however Rachael was very helpful and made me feel at ease, she took the time to show me a 50sqft/75sqft/100sqft. She didn’t make me feel like I needed to sign but instead made me feel very welcome if I decided to store with them! I couldn’t recommend more and come new year if I proceed with the renovations, SHURGARD will be my first option! So thank you to Rachael, Carman and team!

My work company have a unit at shurgard and I needed the app to have access to it out of hours via the security gate . Carmen was amazing and extremely helpful when I needed assistance setting up the app . She even checked that the phone unlocked the gate correctly. It lovely to have a smiling face to welcome and assist you.

Amazing service from the team at Fareham who were so helpful and friendly. They didn't give the 'hard' sell like other places we had looked at. The units are really accessible and secure so I feel really comfortable about leaving my belongings here. The offers change really quickly so don't take too long to think about it.

A warm welcome and convenient service is guaranteed at Shurgard in Fareham. I recently moved-out after more than 5 years of service. Although the prices have recently increased, I've noticed that they are presently installing a security barrier to enable them to offer opening hours beyond when it's normally staffed.
