I've found the best storage solution! The service was top-notch, and the entire process was seamless. The receptionist, SARITA, was lovely and welcoming. HENRY, the on-call representative, was also fantastic - They kept me informed every step of the way. The storage space itself is massive, with generous trolleys that can accommodate large items. I'm absolutely thrilled and would definitely choose this storage facility again! You have all the control of opening gates, doors, etc just from your phone . Wow

She was very helpful in sorting out all the paperwork involved in renting a unit and for guiding me with downloading the Shurguard App. A very happy customer and would recommend anyone who is requiring easy storage to visit Farnborough Shurguard.

I’m here to express what an amazing customer service I’ve experience from Chris when showing concerns with the storage access and the restrictions for using the fire exits to access another levels of the building. Chris haven’t only accommodated our request, but also helped us finding a much better deal on a bigger unit as well as personally helping us moving all of our items from the old to the new storage space within the building. Fantastic staff and definitely deserves the recognition. Thank you so much!

Chris was absoutley brilliant! I suffer with claustrophobia and asthma so was having difficulty going into the current storage unit on the first floor. He quickly found us one on the ground floor and supported us with the move which was super helpful. Would recommend!

Considering all my dealings with the front desk staff at Shurgard (Farnborough), SARITA is the one person to whom I would like to award the personality of the day/month/year! So very helpful and knowledgeable, and with such a delightful, gentle, and endearing personality that didn't change even when the position of my trolley caused an obstruction as she carried out her duties.

First time with Shurgard, and I must say that Chris is a god send at the Farnborough unit. He helped us unload our car of boxes for our new unit. Lovely guy, thank you so much Chris. He explained everything to us clearly and was helpful.
The unit was clean, temperature was comfortable, and it was easy to find.
Elevators were large enough for two trolleys too, unlike some places.

I had excellent experience yesterday at Shurgard Self Storage Farnborough yesterday !!! It was my first time with them and everything went smoothly. The staff over there were absolutely incredible and helpful. Chris was very nice and friendly and Sarita was absolutely amazing ! I am definitely recommend this place to everyone who are looking to store their goods and stuff without any doubt

Have had a storage unit at this facility for several years as lok n store. The recent changes as Shurgard have only made the experience better and more secure. however I have moved out of my storage unit today as have moved out of the area. Chris could not be more helpful with the closing of the account. A very refreshing experience without trying to hard sell to make me stay. Doubley helpful when I left my phone in my storage unit effectively locking myself out.

We’ve had a storage unit at the Farnborough site for some months. We had some issues with the location of our unit and Chris was excellent today helping us, explaining the new access procedure and offering solutions to our location problem. Chris went above and beyond with his assistance. Highly recommend this storage facility.
