I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Shurguard Farnborough. Chris & Sarita greeted me as soon as I arrived and they were so friendly and approachable. They listened carefully to what I needed and guided me through the best storage options without any pressure. Their customer service was outstanding and made the whole process quick and easy. Shurgard has consistently been the cheapest option when looking for storage and setting it up was very easy. When I needed to change the size of my unit it happened very smoothly and I was taken to other units to be able to see the size before I decided.

The facilities at Farnborough are really good with dry, good size units and 24 hr access with personal code.
But the best bit is the staff - especially Sarissa, who is super efficient, friendly and helpful. Thank you

I’ve just signed a contract with this storage company and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Everything was seamless—from arriving on-site to accessing my unit for the first time.

A huge thank you to Sarita for her professionalism and support. She took the time to understand my needs and found the perfect solution. I’d looked at options online, and she was able to offer me the first month for just £1.00 and reduced monthly rates after that—great value! She also showed me how to use the Shurgard App, which made it so easy to access and start using my unit this weekend.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable, hassle-free storage with excellent customer service.
