Absolutely amazing to bump into this friendly face again!! Was greeted by Chris who I already met in Staines; this guy is a true example of customer service! I visited Farnborough as location was better for me so again Chris showed me around and we discussed what unit what suit my requirements better. Thanks again for amazing customer service!

I was passing the store a couple of weeks ago and decided to pop in as I may need storage very soon. I had the opportunity to speak with Chris, who was extremely helpful. He provided all the relevant information and showed me a few units so I could get a good idea of the sizes and work out what I might need.
I would highly recommend this place based on the great customer service, and I will definitely be returning in the near future to secure the right storage unit.

I visited the Farnborough store earlier this month to buy some boxes and Chris the store manager was just amazing, we chatted about storage and if I needed I would definitely come back and see Chris as his customer service was second to none.

Shurgard has consistently been the cheapest option when looking for storage and setting it up was very easy. When I needed to change the size of my unit it happened very smoothly and I was taken to other units to be able to see the size before I decided.

The facilities at Farnborough are really good with dry, good size units and 24 hr access with personal code.
