From enquiring about availability and pricing to returning a week later to put the contract in place, nothing was too small for Louise, she is an asset to the company. Very easy process to set up and we were storing items the same day.

We have been renting several units here for 15 years including very large ones. We have enjoyed the facility but more importantly it has always been about the staff and their commitment to helping and accomodating us in whatever way they could.Always friendly and loyal. Huge thanks especially to Louise Morris for her outstanding help on many occasions!!! and Jamie Bridgen for always looking after our company.

I have had a storage unit at Farnborough for a couple of years now - firstly with Lok n Store, and now with Shurgard. I cannot rave about Team Farnborough enough! The are friendly, helpful, superfast at responding to emails, and I always feel that they strive to ensure that they will help us as much as possible. The units themselves are secure and the building is kept clean. Go and find out for yourself - they are fab! ☺

My call was directed to Farnborough after an attempt making a call to my store in Cardiff, where I spoke to a wonderful chap named Chris. I never spoke to such a wonderful and polite staff member, he assured that he could assist due to my branch having technical difficulties, he was super helpful, professional and truly caring! He reassured that my recent payment went through with ease and no problems and I left the phone feeling happy! Could not have asked for a better service. Chris is truly an asset to the team, and a pleasure to speak too! :)

Really friendly staff, they have customer toilet facilities on site, lots of packing equipment available to purchase. Make sure you check opening hours before visiting.

After having a call with my removal company where they suggested that the unit I had ordered was maybe too small… I rang up Shurgard and got redirected to Chris over at the Farnborough site, he was ever so helpful and reassured me that the unit I had was enough, however I was adamant that I’d rather go for a larger unit and have more space than not enough space. Chris realising that I was a bit stressed, took the stress off me and proactively contacted the Poole branch for me to make the changes to my order/account. Thanks Chris for being awesome!
