Jeff at Shurgard Hedge End was so helpful with a couple of newbie's to self storage.
My husband and I visited today after renting a unit online.
We decided the 75 sq foot storage was adequate for our needs.
From start to finish this was a very easy process.
Jeff greeted us with a cheerful demeanor and talked us through everything we need to do and we were grateful for the walk through.
Everything was clean and organised.
All in all a really good experience.

Great service from Shurgard today . Looking for short term storage and very pleasant young lady guided me through booking via telephone . Visited store and helped by Jeff who was very knowledgeable and helpful and talked me through the details.

We’ve long been a customer of Lok n Store at hedge end before Shurgard recently moved into the site. Whilst we knew of the transition, it was the first time we’d visited the unit in nearly a year.
Needless to say, the staff made every effort to aid us with the necessary admin and access changes. We even made a last minute change in our lock up size where they were all too happy to assist us with and invited us back the next day to allow us to complete this.
5 stars. Highly recommended service.

Super friendly team in person and on the phone! Had a technical problem booking online and had to sign in person, and they stuck to the price given online (no admin fee). Really helpful all round- the provided trolleys are a big help and facility is nice and clean :)

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. After moving in to a unit that's dimensions wouldn't suit me, I spoke with Debbie who was more than happy to get me transferred to an alternative unit that would suit my needs.

We have been using this facility for nearly 3 years starting when it was Lok n Store, the team have always been super helpful. Giving us suggestions to make the most of their experience. We finally finished our contract today I will miss their happy demeanour and help.

We needed storage in between house moves so called into Shurgard at Hedge End whilst passing one day to check it all out. Jeff showed us a couple of units so we could work out what size we would need. Booking the unit and understanding our obligations was all made so easy! Later we needed to book an additional unit which was all very quickly arranged. We’ve been storing at Hedge End for about 3 months now and will be moving our possessions out mid-April to go to our new house. Our whole experience has been so positive, we can’t thank everyone at Shurgard enough for their help, guidance and patience!

I cannot recommend Shurgard enough, from the moment we arrived (late just before closing) Debbie and Karen put our minds at ease, preparing all the paper work and staying as long as they could so we could move our belongings in!
From then it has been nothing but a great personal service from the lovely team! Good businesses still exist!
