Jeff was incredibly helpful in getting the unit set up, and allowed me to have a quick look inside the unit before renting it as I was unsure as to the exact size I'd need. He made sure to go through all the paperwork and explain anything I was unsure of.

I have recently signed up to a storage unit at Shurgard, Hedge End. The set up process was so simple online. The app makes account management really easy and also gives access to the building so you don’t need codes etc. Each unit looks to be alarmed individually, so security at this site is good. I had a couple of questions when. I visited the site, Karen was very helpful and service was friendly. The cost for the unit is really good compared to a couple of other well known companies. Thank you.

My husband and I visited today after renting a unit online.
We decided the 75 sq foot storage was adequate for our needs.
From start to finish this was a very easy process.
Jeff greeted us with a cheerful demeanor and talked us through everything we need to do and we were grateful for the walk through.
Everything was clean and organised.
All in all a really good experience.

Great service from Shurgard today . Looking for short term storage and very pleasant young lady guided me through booking via telephone . Visited store and helped by Jeff who was very knowledgeable and helpful and talked me through the details.

Needless to say, the staff made every effort to aid us with the necessary admin and access changes. We even made a last minute change in our lock up size where they were all too happy to assist us with and invited us back the next day to allow us to complete this.
5 stars. Highly recommended service.

Super friendly team in person and on the phone! Had a technical problem booking online and had to sign in person, and they stuck to the price given online (no admin fee). Really helpful all round- the provided trolleys are a big help and facility is nice and clean :)

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. After moving in to a unit that's dimensions wouldn't suit me, I spoke with Debbie who was more than happy to get me transferred to an alternative unit that would suit my needs.
