Shurgard Hedge End have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Jeff made the whole booking and paying process so easy after a tour of the facilities and the access here is great! Jeff and Debbie were always on hand to answer any questions and even made the cancellation process very transparent when I no longer needed the storage. I would definitely recommend.

Just started renting my unit at Shurgard (Hedge End) and I have to say the staff are exceptional, very friendly and welcoming Jeff in particular was super helpful on my first visit and I recognised after the tour I needed a larger unit - all changed very quickly and efficiently. Access is super easy using the app and the removal process was super smooth. Thank you - would recommend.

Absolutely fabulous experience, excellent rental offers, easy to access storage unit, easy to park, trolleys available every time we’ve been, clean and tidy general areas.
Jeff and Karen were absolutely brilliant in assisting us, both were really lovely helpful people with superb customer service ethics.
I would absolutely recommend Shurgard, and if I ever need storage again in future I’ll be back, not just for the fantastic location but for the staff as well……well done Shurgard, Jeff and Karen…..this is the most impressed I’ve been with services in years…

Very impressed with Shurgard. Easy access to storage with Bluetooth so can go anytime.

Jeff was incredibly helpful in getting the unit set up, and allowed me to have a quick look inside the unit before renting it as I was unsure as to the exact size I'd need. He made sure to go through all the paperwork and explain anything I was unsure of.

I have recently signed up to a storage unit at Shurgard, Hedge End. The set up process was so simple online. The app makes account management really easy and also gives access to the building so you don’t need codes etc. Each unit looks to be alarmed individually, so security at this site is good. I had a couple of questions when. I visited the site, Karen was very helpful and service was friendly. The cost for the unit is really good compared to a couple of other well known companies. Thank you.
