Cheap no hassle storage signed up online in minutes and picked the storage online with no hidden fees and a nice lady called Wendy chased up with a courtesy/ welcome call no hard sale very friendly and courtiess would highly recommend

We’ve just moved into a unit at Shurgard Portsmouth (Rudmore Square) and the service has been genuinely outstanding from start to finish.
The facility itself is clean, well organised and very professionally run. Everything feels secure, efficient and easy to navigate — which makes a big difference when you’re in the middle of a house move.
Wendy on reception was polite, welcoming and extremely helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Kerry also assisted me with setting up and using the app, and the support was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely personalised.
The communication throughout was excellent, and the whole process felt smooth and well managed.
If you’re looking for storage in Portsmouth and want something that is both efficient and customer-focused, I would highly recommend the Rudmore Square team. A first-class experience.

First time I've needed to use a storage unit and so had questions I wasn't sure of. Went into reception where I was greeted with a warm, kind and friendly smile and a hello. Wendy was the name of the lady behind the desk. She answered all my questions and gave some really helpful advice as I explained what I was hoping to do whilst using the unit. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to use a storage company. Was nice to talk to a real person

I just want to say a massive thankyou to Wendy & Chris, so bubbly & helpful, we had no app due to being a business & the client was staying by the container, non stop back & forth to the office having them to help us get back to the floor, I felt bad after the 10th time, but then again they said don’t worry & smiled the whole way through! really appreciate you’re work guys, thankyou.

Cheapest storage option in Pompey! After being let down by a competitor (adding extra costs after the initial "quote"), the difference in attitude with Shurgard was very refreshing. Kerry was great at answering our queries, and the signup process was seamless.

Very useful and convenient location, easy to access using the app but also secure. Staff were friendly and helpful. We used for moving house, allowed us to declutter ready for house viewings. Definitely would use again!

Had a excellent service from the storage company and would like to thank everyone who helped me to secure my cousin’s goods.I had a great service from Chris who listened to my request and took some decisions in offering discount which I wasn’t expecting.
