Very useful and convenient location, easy to access using the app but also secure. Staff were friendly and helpful. We used for moving house, allowed us to declutter ready for house viewings. Definitely would use again!

Had a excellent service from the storage company and would like to thank everyone who helped me to secure my cousin’s goods.I had a great service from Chris who listened to my request and took some decisions in offering discount which I wasn’t expecting. Special thanks also goes to Wendy who went a step further and had to be patient with me while sorting through the payments. Easy sign up, was able to get it booked and ready on the same day.

They have a good system in place where you can use the app and enter and leave the building anytime.

They have large trolleys free to use so, moving large amount of things is very easy and convenient.

I had such a wonderful experience at Shurgard. As a young adult, things like this can feel a bit daunting and confusing at first, but the lovely lady ( Carmen) who helped me instantly put me at ease. She explained everything so clearly and kindly, and encouraged me to ask any questions, no matter how small they might have seemed. I left feeling reassured and genuinely cared for.

A few days later, another equally lovely lady called to check in and see how I was getting on. She even reminded me of a few things I still needed to do, which was such a huge help because life can get overwhelming sometimes.( couldn’t remember her name but she was so lovely on the phone)

It really stood out to me that both of them truly wanted to help, not just take my money. That level of care is rare, and it meant a lot. I’d happily recommend Shurgard to anyone I know, and I’m so grateful to have been helped by such kind and thoughtful people.

Have been using this storage facility for the last year. It’s easy to access safe and clean The staff especially Kerry are super friendly and really helpful. I had to rearrange my unit and contents to get to inaccessible items and was able to move to the larger unit next door. No fuss just efficient. I’ve been helped to navigate the new app and security as well although I really hope staff are kept on site ans they are an invaluable resource.
Having dealt with head office as well the staff on site are more aware of the facilities available and the quirks of different
