I had an amazing experience with shurgard storage in Portsmouth.
The Lady was called Wendy and she has carried out an amazing service all the way through. Very Kind helpful and polite looking after us all the time. I’m very pleased with the service she had provided. Thank you once again for your amazing service Wendy!! 🤗🙏

I had such a wonderful experience at Shurgard. As a young adult, things like this can feel a bit daunting and confusing at first, but the lovely lady ( Carmen) who helped me instantly put me at ease. She explained everything so clearly and kindly, and encouraged me to ask any questions, no matter how small they might have seemed. I left feeling reassured and genuinely cared for.
A few days later, another equally lovely lady called to check in and see how I was getting on. She even reminded me of a few things I still needed to do, which was such a huge help because life can get overwhelming sometimes.( couldn’t remember her name but she was so lovely on the phone)
It really stood out to me that both of them truly wanted to help, not just take my money. That level of care is rare, and it meant a lot. I’d happily recommend Shurgard to anyone I know, and I’m so grateful to have been helped by such kind and thoughtful people.

Have been using this storage facility for the last year. It’s easy to access safe and clean The staff especially Kerry are super friendly and really helpful. I had to rearrange my unit and contents to get to inaccessible items and was able to move to the larger unit next door. No fuss just efficient. I’ve been helped to navigate the new app and security as well although I really hope staff are kept on site ans they are an invaluable resource.

I had a fantastic experience at the store thanks to a wonderful woman named Kerry. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. Kerry took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I found exactly what I needed, and did it all with genuine care and a great attitude. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out, and she made the entire visit feel easy and enjoyable. It's clear she truly cares about the customers, and I left feeling very well taken care of.
