We used this location for nearly a year, from when it started as Lok'n'Store to the change to Shurgard. Thankfully they kept the team, and they are all absolutely amazing. Shurgard were lucky to take them on, they really know how to make customers feel great -so a big shout out to Jack, Dan, Sue and especially Mackenzie who on our last day was really supportive, and helpful in making everything end well for us.

Had a fantastic experience at Shurgard Southampton! The facility is clean, secure, and well-organized, making the storage process smooth and hassle-free. A special shoutout to the friendly staff member with a ponytail (I didn’t catch their name) who was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and making sure I had everything I needed. I meant to leave a review ages ago but the staff were amazing, our van had broken down and we were stuck for hours without knowing what to do and the staff in the main area were super helpful during the entire process and reassuring us everything would be okay, (this was on July 1st so you can check who was working that day).
