I only needed to use Shurgard for 1 month as a short term fix but the team were fantastic from moving in to arranging the moving out. Daniel was always at the end of the phone to help when required. Thanks again.

We used Shurgard for about a year to store our things in preparation for moving, all the staff were really helpful! Any questions we had they were around to answer. We are really happy with the service they provided us and will be recommending them to anyone in the area in need of storage :)

My padlock was faulty at my lockup, and I could not get in, I reported the issue to the staff and they were very helpful they had a lock cutter which we used to cut the padlock. The staff gave me a temporary padlock to use while I went out to get a new padlock, the customer service is excellent and I recommend using Shurgard Self Storage
