The team are so friendly and helpful, there was a lot of different sized units and very secure, I really like that you have to sign in and out for extra security, there are lots of trolleys to help with heavier bits, I would highly recommend

Lucy at reception went above and beyond to help me move into my unit. I’d suffered a knee injury and she arranged to have me switch to a ground floor unit. Her polite and informed demeanour was a pleasure to work with.

The best thing about this company are the staff. They are ever present , which is a real bonus when other similar companies run these places remotely and I personally worry about security and customer service if anything goes wrong. The staff here are all mature, approachable and friendly. They make it a hassle free, almost enjoyable experience visiting. The place is clean, tidy, well lit and well run. There's plenty of different shapes and sizes of unit available and there are trollies there to assist you lugging stuff. Folks store stuff as a last resort when all other storage solution options run out. Shurgard makes the burden of having to store your gear remotely less painful and this place is accessible and there's always plenty of parking and help available should you need it. The first month free is almost too tempting to ignore and this place and the efficient, effective staff make the inconvenience of having to store stuff remotely less of a chore.

We visited Shurgard Lock & Store looking for a storage unit while downsizing our home, and Daniel provided an outstanding service from start to finish.
He took the time to talk through exactly what we needed, helping us itemise the items we wanted to store and giving us a clear idea of the storage unit size that would be most suitable. Nothing felt rushed, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
Daniel then showed us around the facility, including the security measures, cameras, entry and exit points, trolley locations, and how to access the units. He took us directly to the storage unit, opened it up, and explained the whole process clearly and thoroughly.
What really stood out was how accommodating and friendly he was throughout. We had our daughter with us, and while we were busy discussing all the boring adult stuff, he even gave her some colouring to keep her entertained, which was a lovely touch.
Overall, the customer service was exceptional. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. A 10/10 experience, great price and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ShurGuard Lock & Store to anyone looking for storage.
