An amazing place to use when needing extra storage. The kindest staff ever! Lucy and Dan are always so helpful and kind and nothing is ever too much to ask for they are always willing to help! Would highly recommend to anyone 😊

Dan was brilliant, very knowledgeable, helpful, and goes the extra mile by calling to make sure we had understood what was going to happen once we gave notice on our locker. The storage areas are well maintained and all the staff are polite and helpful. If we needed storage facilities again we would definitely use Shurgard.

Booked online and the process was very easy. Was met at the centre by Lucy who was lovely and very helpfully orientated us. Great customer service, would recommend.

Daniel (administrator/manager) was very pleasant, efficient, articulate and highly professional. He carefully explained all the details required to rent a storage unit; he also took time to answer all the questions I raised. The unit he showed me fitted all the requirements I raised initially and all the paperwork was done efficiently and all points were carefully explained to me. It was a pleasure getting my unit sorted by Daniel.

I’ve had such a positive experience with Shurgard Westwood! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, which already makes things stress-free. But what really stood out was the customer service. Dan went above and beyond to help me—he was incredibly friendly, patient, and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful, and he made all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone in need of storage.
