I’ve had such a positive experience with Shurgard Westwood! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, which already makes things stress-free. But what really stood out was the customer service. Dan went above and beyond to help me—he was incredibly friendly, patient, and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful, and he made all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone in need of storage.

Dan and Mel at Shurgard in Broadstairs couldn’t have been more helpful. They were friendly and welcoming as soon as I entered the building. Dan walked me through everything I needed to do and had clearly thought about the kinds of questions customers would ask. Overall a very positive and reassuring experience l, couldn’t recommend them enough.

From the first day I moved my items into the locker, the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and eager to help with any questions I had.
