I recently rented a storage unit here and had a great experience. The facility was clean, well-lit, and I felt secure storing my belongings. The access hours were convenient, and the whole process from signing up to moving in was smooth and easy. I want to give a special shout-out to Mel, who provided outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure I had everything I needed. Mel made the whole rental process a breeze, and I really appreciated her positive attitude and willingness to help. I'd definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a reliable and secure place to store their stuff, especially with people like Mel working there!

I’ve had a very good experience so far. It was easy to book a unit online, when I arrived I was greeted by Dan who was very friendly and helpful, showed me to my unit and told me everything I needed to know. Accessing the unit is easy, trolleys are available to help transport from the car park, the building is well lit and very secure. Recommended.

We walked in for an inquiry and all of the staff are friendly and polite. We were assisted by Dan. He was very helpful and informative also gave us a lot of options which gave us the confidence to submit a for a 360ft storage. What a bonus to even get the best spot in the ground floor, close to the unloading area! We highly recommend Shurgard. Best value for money!

I rented a 75 square foot unit from shurgard at broadstairs and when I arrived to move my items in one of the staff members on arrival was kind, pleasant, welcoming. Any questions I had answered them fully explained how things work. How easy of the access is for me. How to set up an app so I can monitor my payments. Any queries and how they can help and then also let me know that I could upgrade or downside and how all I'd have to do. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Dan was brilliant, very knowledgeable, helpful, and goes the extra mile by calling to make sure we had understood what was going to happen once we gave notice on our locker. The storage areas are well maintained and all the staff are polite and helpful. If we needed storage facilities again we would definitely use Shurgard.

It was a pleasure getting my unit sorted by Daniel.
