A very easy experience: exceptionally helpful and friendly staff in Dover and regular contact to ensure both the takeover of the storage and the handing back was problem free. Admittedly the special offer of £1 for a month drew us in but from the first contact the attitude of everyone has been so positive. The storage was in immaculate condition, dropping off stuff was simple and convenient and the cheerful staff have made the entire process a pleasure. I don't normally gush but why can't all customer services be this good??

Karen helped us set up a unit today, she was very helpful and provided us with information and advice for the best sale price, making use of their promotion. Karen showed us unit sizes in person so we could see what size we needed.

If I could give more than five stars I definitely would. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A particular mention to Gemma and Trudi who have been wonderful, nothing has been too much trouble for them. The facility is immaculately clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. A huge thank you .

Really happy with the staff and service at the Dover(Whitfield) storage facilities. Staff are really friendly whilst being professional and helpful. Building is clean, tidy and a good quantity and variety of trolleys are available. Lifts are modern and access is easy with plenty of parking outside.

The team at Dover have always been incredibly supportive. My sister and I have struggled to pay bills in the last few months and although they have a process to follow with people paying their bills, they have always been very kind, professional and respectful in doing so. Would like to thank both Tim and Gemma for their support and to apologise for the inconvenience of chasing us!
