Really friendly and helpful.
They helped me find right the storage for my possessions, let me know about any promotions that were on offer, and ensured I had storage on a floor that was suitable for me as I didn’t want to use the lift. Really appreciate their help.

A big thank you to Mel for all the help and advice she gave this week. We had a difficult situation to overcome concerning storage of our possessions and moving to a different size unit in the building. Mel made this reassuringly easy with her knowledge and understanding of the situation. Again so many thanks.
