Customer service team are great. Mel at the Gillingham branch has been great too! Mel organised my booking then happily helped me to change to a bigger unit. Mel was happy to accommodate what was a better option for me and promptly did the paperwork. Packing up a 3 bed house is stressful - Mel helped it to be a little easier - thank you Mel😁😁

Yes I can see how it’s frustrating, but it’s like anything in life just keep your finger on the pulse and get the best deal when it comes up!

I rented a unit from Shurgard. The member of staff who helped me went above and beyond showed me the unit before I rented it to make sure it was the correct size. Thank you all for your help and I 💯% recommend. Cheap at half the price.
