Nancie made the entire booking process feel smooth and stress-free, explaining every step clearly and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Her warmth and calm presence instantly built trust — she genuinely went above and beyond.
Tim was equally brilliant — efficient, courteous, and reassuring. He made sure I was fully confident with the space, security, and access process. His practical support and attention to detail stood out.
Together, they made what could have been a chaotic part of my move feel easy. I can honestly say it’s one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in years.

Friendly & professional! Nancy phoned me the day before my booking to say they were expecting me. Tim is great! He took me through a streamlined process using the app. Super clean, spacious warehouse that I can access with the Bluetooth system if out of office hours.

Very helpful staff, putting my boxes together and assisting me to my car. The boxes are well made and strong enough for some heavier items.
