I asked to see several different storage units so I could choose the right one, and he showed me every single option without any hesitation. He provided clear, detailed information and helpful guidance for each unit, making the whole process incredibly easy.

Louis is a real gem — professional, patient, and genuinely welcoming. He understood exactly what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. He’s a great asset to the company, and his customer service is outstanding.
