I cannot thank Caroline and Louis enough for their outstanding customer service. They both went above and beyond at different stages of my experience and made the entire process genuinely enjoyable.

Caroline was the reason I chose Shurgard in the first place. She gave me a warm, professional and informative tour, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident that I was choosing the right storage facility.

Louis was incredibly patient and helpful when it came to finding the perfect unit. He showed me at least 10 different units without ever complaining or making me feel rushed. His positive attitude and willingness to help made such a difference.
It is rare to come across staff who are so friendly, patient and committed to providing excellent service.

Caroline and Louis are a real credit to Shurgard, and their efforts deserve to be recognised.

I had to move and didn't have enough space for my stuff.
A colleague then gave me shuggard s contact number at Barking and Dagenham.
I went there with my items and was given a space immediately.
I do have to say in all honesty,its been a pleasure.
Its a really and a great place to keep one's stuff .
Very clean, fully automated, no hassle and and moreso very safe.
It's abit pricey because of the insurance but well worth it.
