Ibs is a lovely lady. She is always polite and always helps me when I need assistance. She never complains or shows any negative behaviour or energy. She is an asset to the store. I hope she soon gets to be a store manager soon, her customer services are wonderful!

Ibz was very polite, understanding, informative and overall very helpful. I really appreciate his empathy for my situation and also that he suggested that I wouldn’t get charged a late fee. I have now paid my invoice and am hoping as I paid it earlier than expected, I will be able to use the waiver of £20 late fee in the future should I need to. Thanks Ibz🙂
