I’ve had — and continue to have — such a great experience at Safestore thanks to Elizabeth. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, while staying professional and clear. She took the time to walk me through everything in a simple, reassuring way and helped me choose the best storage option for my needs.

I had never stored anything before, so even understanding the sizes and estimating how many boxes I’d need felt overwhelming — but Elizabeth made it all so easy.

Storage services can often feel cold or impersonal, but Elizabeth completely changed that. She made me feel at home and helped me see the whole process differently — more human, more supportive. Thanks to her, I now genuinely feel my things are safe and well looked after. Huge thank you, Elizabeth!
