This place kept my stuff safe for over 3 years with no issue. Easy to use. And Ibs from the front office helped me when I needed boxes. Meanwhile Hussain was the absolute best. He truly helped me with issues I had with a delivery driver who never came to pick-up my stuff and gave me good advice. He made my situation better. I’m really grateful for him and this place!

Great experience - the facilities are always clean, the staff are nice and helpful. Working hours are really convenient too and close to public transport. Just make sure to go in person or call 2 weeks before your next payment to cancel because they don’t always read/see the emails :(

Huge shoutout to the store manager, Ibs. She was absolutely brilliant. She got my contract sorted so quickly and she actually took the time to make sure I understood all the fine print and how everything worked.

The place is great, but it’s the service that stands out. If you’re heading to Shurgard, definitely ask for Ibs, she really knows her stuff and makes it totally stress-free.
