Rohan, Alex and Boris were really helpful and made sorting out the storage units very easy and they were very professional. Storage units are very clean and the public spaces are well maintained at the Camden branch. Useful it has 2 lifts to access the floors. Only disappointment is that entry is going to be up to 21:00 soon rather than the current 23:00 closing time.

I needed a storage unit for a month and I decided to rent out a unit with shurgard. The customer service was absolutely amazing! They helped me with the entire process and as a student living by myself it made things so much easier. Shoutout to Rohan, Alex, Boris and Jafa. They were super sweet. I’d def recommend renting a unit with them over others.

Shurgard offers very good prices relative to other storage facilities in London. The Camden facility is very clean and staff are always friendly and helpful. Identity verification and check-in processes are very smooth.

Went into this storage unit today to get some information in advance to booking to make sure it was the best one for me. I was welcomed by Rohan, he was very polite and friendly.
