Khalid and Cheryll were very helpful today. They explained the process very clear and made sure I knew what to do. Would recommend this storage place as it is very clean and new and the staff are great.

This is the second time I have come across Khalid. First time at Shurgard Bow when I used to store in 2024. He actually remembered and I still remember the brilliant service he provided then and the same level of service this time around. Seeing him made up my mind on wanting to store here and not with Access nearby or Safestore. Highly recommend the store and more importantly Khalid.

A great storage container. Completely managed electronically. Including the app, which once you get the hang of it, did actually work flawlessly. Shurgard offers clean containers, with trolleys and easy to load lifts.

Very good service from the manager who showed me around and compare the unit sizes in advance. Give perfect and full explanation of all the terms and everything. Get familiar with my needs so he can give right suggestion.
On the day everything was smooth. It's clean, fresh, new facility. Application and whole process was easy fast and smooth. Cheryl help me setting up the app for the first time and make sure I'm happy. Even got a call next day to make sure I have everything I need hasn't got any troubles or obstacles using the unit.

With lovely smiles, similar humour to my own and endless patience, Cheryll showed me a variety of rooms as well as advised promotion price options for moving to ensure contract price set up on moving date was as cost effective, smooth and efficient as possible. Additionally, Cheryll was consistently outstanding in her customer interaction and courtesy, always ensuring I was nicely greeted and comfortable whenever visiting reception and that she was quickly available to assist me. Cheryll successfully ensured I felt at home straightaway which was greatly appreciated. Thank you very much, great job and take a bow Cheryll! Five stars!
FINAL ADVICE for new Shurgard customers: make sure mobile phone is charged if spending a while onsite as you need bluetooth and app to open all doors and operate lifts. Like other storage companies there are no electrical points in units or corridors so be prepared. Also trolleys at this branch are smaller size push type.
