Can’t say how amazing Cheryl was at the Chadwell Heath branch! I’d gone to view a couple of units before this one, and all I can say is that she sold it to me! Super professional, warm, and an amazing smile; a true credit to your company. Can’t recommend Shurgard enough. The app is really easy to use too which helps too.

I booked my storage unit by phone, before going to the Unit, booking was quite easy. On arrival at the Store, the reception staff, Cheryll was very helpful, professional and friendly. She made everything easy and patiently inducted me. I believe that Cheryll is a management calibre! I was impressed right from day one!
I was impressed by the £1 first month offer, the building’s security and tidiness. Although the building is huge, the floor plan and layout is secure and easy to navigate.

I have to say thank you to all staff but especially to Cheryll, who really was very helpful once I did lost my lock and she was prepared to drill lock on her own . Despite trouble with lock she gave all her effort to open storage for me . Thank to her prompt action all was open on the time and I was very happy with the service . Also she was very helpful while I moved out from the storage to make is easier for me as possible . Thank you

I popped in to ask about the boxes that they had available to buy. Unfortunately they didn't have the size of box that I needed but Cheryll was so polite and friendly. She also offered me a tour around the storage place but I was in a rush. Excellent service!

She has been a very big support to me especially when I lost my key to the storage unit I was panicking I came to her and she re assured me to calm down, she explained in detail what the sol will be, told me that I will just need to buy a new key which I did and she followed me to go and replaced the lock. I was so flabbergasted, infact she is a very good staff I will recommend her for any place of work. Thanks Cheryl I appreciate you ,keep up the good work.

This is a storage company I can highly recommend . Every challenge you come up with , they’ve thought of a solution . The staff are highly professional . The unit itself is pretty new and highly secure . I’ve recommended them a few times work of mouth, so I have no hesitation recommending them publicly , here.

I found out about the storage from a Google search. To be honest, I found it hard to believe that they had an offer for £1 for the first month. It was real! On arrival, we parked our van in a beautiful car Park. We were given VIP reception by Cheryl and her Manager.
The premises are a State of Art, brand new and sparkling clean. I also like the technology and security system is very straightforward and convenient. Thanks Cheryl for ensuring that our Check went smoothly. It took away the stress of moving house.
