Mani was exceptional. He advised and supported me during my storage removal. I had a difficult day, and he was so helpful in speeding up the logistics to ensure everything went smoothly and speedy.
Seriously, on customer service was beyond 5 stars. On professionalism, it was way beyond 5 stars. Can’t recommend this guy enough and Shurgard!

In the two years I have been at Shurgard Chiswick I have been nothing but pleased with the security and maintenance of the building, but above all the customer service has really stood out. The team has always been helpful and kind, and Mani especially has been great at helping me find a suitable solution when I needed it.
