I would like to thank you to Mani who was 2 days ago in shurgard in Greenford. Mani was extremely helpful and he has absolutely fantastic approach to the customers. If there will be more people like him life would be much easier. Thank you Mani .

I had a really positive experience. Mani and Shams were both extremely helpful, friendly and professional. They took the time to show me the different options and helped me choose the perfect storage unit to meet my needs, without making me feel rushed.
They also helped me a great deal with the moving-in process, making everything much easier and less stressful. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish, and I really appreciated the time and effort they put into helping me.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit. Thank you, Mani and Shams, for all your help!

I’ve had my items in storage for a year now and the team here - Mani and Shams - have been incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish. Mani was particularly helpful when I recently looked to downsize my storage unit and took the time to help me find the right space for me but was so kind and friendly throughout - nothing was too much trouble. This was much appreciated especially considering I was moving house and it was a particularly stressful time! I strongly recommend this facility - Mani and Shams keep it running so well and it’s clean and well ordered too. Thank you guys!

Really great customer service. Happy with our 50 sq meter unit. When the lock was struggling to close Mani did a great job at fixing it. He was very friendly, relational and happy to help! He did a great job at managing things even though it was busy. He made it all possible.

Had a very good experience using Shurgard Chiswick for a short period. Communication was excellent in-person and via email; all questions answered, very helpful staff. Nice units, clean, well-maintained. If I need storage again I would come straight back. Ending the contract was also straightforward and easy. A personal thanks to Mani in the office for helping me get everything sorted.
