Mike has been the most helpful, caring, understanding person from start to finish. I feel like crying at the kindness I’ve been shown.
The unit I initially rented was too small but was all I could afford, Mike came in on his white horse with a solution. At the end of the contract I had trouble with transport to empty the unit before the next charge came out, to which Mike came to the rescue once again. A clean, sufficient solution with friendly, helpful staff. 100% would recommend 🤩

We had a great experience of a year here at Crayford branch. Staff had been helpful and kid every time particularly Rebecca . We liked it so much that we recommended Shurgard to other friends and family - one rented one of your spaces at the Romford branch too ☺️

I used this facility yesterday and was very impressed with the service I received. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and I managed to store all my things using the trolleys provided. I had an excellent experience with this storage company from start to finish. The booking process was simple and straightforward, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout.
The storage units were clean, secure, and easily accessible, with great lighting and clear signage. I felt completely at ease leaving my belongings there, knowing that everything was protected with 24/7 security and CCTV.
One thing that really stood out was their customer service. Every time I had a question or needed assistance, someone was available and ready to help. They genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to ensure a smooth experience.
Prices were very reasonable compared to other storage companies in the area, and there were no hidden fees or surprises.

Very happy with the Shurgard Crayford storage facility and from the service received with Mike - the whole process was smooth, quick and efficient. Didn’t find the place too busy and was always able to find available trolleys. Will use again for future storage needs.

They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. Mike took the time to clearly explain all the options available and made sure I found the right storage solution for my needs. The service received at the Crayford branch was excellent. When we arrived on site the allocated unit was smaller than needed but the on site personnel (Mike) was super helpful found us a bigger unit without any fuss and made the stressful process of moving our belongings into storage as straight forward as possible. I would highly recommend.
