For today's Service, Mr.Darren and Mr.kieran were very professional, informative and helpful.
All our concerns and questions were dealt with which gave us so much more confidence to keep doing business with them, by using their units.
Our upgrade process and procedure was no Palava, no Messing around, easy and no bundle of paper work. Their units and surrounding are well kept.
Thank you again Mr.Keiran and Mr.Darren for today.

Massive thank you to Kieran and Ryan, who went the extra mile in helping us transfer our account from one unit to another. We’d been told the wrong info on the phone by another colleague, so despite ringing in advance and being told we could sort it on site, when we turned up to transfer our unit we found out that we would need to sort out the paperwork with another branch elsewhere in Croydon. Kieran and Ryan happened to be at the unit and stepped in and helped coordinate with the other branch. They sorted everything within 20 minutes and then took us to our new unit - they were incredibly helpful and really pleased and grateful for the service they provided, thank you!

A solid place, clean, spacious and secure; but it's the amazing people who make the all important difference.
For me, any business will be down to its people, and the on-site staff consistently display great qualities.
Highly recommended.

Excellent storage! It's so handy that you can rent the units as you want. I rented a medium-sized unit for 3 years and it was great. The staff are really helpful, the building is clean and pleasant, the access using the app is easy, the security is good, the location is convenient. Once I finally no longer needed the unit, ending the contract was easy and the staff were pleasant. Top marks!

Matthew, from the South Croydon Brighton Road branch, was my main point of contact and I could not thank him enough. He was extremely helpful and I very much appreciated his transparency. I was able to secure a 100sqft unit at a competitive monthly cost, and I am a satisfied customer. Thank you Matthew!
