Had such a great experience with Tim at Shurgard Deptford. He was super friendly, patient and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. He showed us the storage unit, broke down all the numbers in a really clear way, and helped us set up access on the app so everything was ready to go.

Honestly made the whole process so easy, we’re really glad we had him guiding us through the options. We ended up signing the contract on the spot. Thanks again Tim!

Ive had a unit for over a year, recently spoke with Tim and Chase regarding changing unit size. Randomly popped by and Chase, saw me on the road and took the time for a quick chat. Popped in yesterday to do the change over and she made it effortless. I finished during her break and she came back to the desk to finish up the new contract for me. Customer service has been outstanding!
