I’m always very happy with the service and support I receive from the team at Shurgard Forest Hill, especially the manager, Kayla. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and consistently supportive with anything related to my two units, which I’ve had since 2019 and 2024. I’m now looking to combine them into one larger space, and she guided me through the options earlier this year with great patience and dedication. After all these years, her care and reliability stand out. Thank you 🤩

The unit is clean, and easy to access. The young lady who helped with booking the unit also helped to set up the App on my phone. She was polite and very helpful. I know my property is safe and clean, which putes one's mind at ease.
