The unit is clean, and easy to access. The young lady who helped with booking the unit also helped to set up the App on my phone. She was polite and very helpful. I know my property is safe and clean, which putes one's mind at ease.

This review is for Thaj, who provided excellent customer service both on the phone and in person recently. On the phone, he was polite, helpful and clear. On the day of my visit, he continued to assist in an exemplary manner, changing my account from one unit to another, in a seamless and quick way. He was positive and cheerful too.

I'm happy to leave a five star review - had a very easy booking experience, guided tour to establish the best size - I went for 65 rather than 50 because it was small price difference. Friendly efficient team. Very clean throughout and easy access with app. Thanks!
